Claressa Shields Papoose Remy Ma video message divorce drama Diss tracks

Claressa Shields has a message about Remy Ma amid the rapper’s pending divorce from Papoose. Not only that, but the pro boxer reminded folks about the artist’s past in the process. The message comes just after Papoose dropped his diss track ‘Jezebel.’

Claressa Shields Tells Off Remy Ma

Claressa Shields apparently went on Instagram Live recently to address the ongoing drama with Remy Ma. Shields apparently began dating Papoose back in 2024, and the two women have been beefing since.

The pro boxer’s Instagram Live was captured in a video shared by Live Bitez. Shields reminded folks that Reminisce went to prison for six years for assault. Smith was convicted after shooting an acquaintance back in 2007 over three grand, per Billboard. The boxer’s message warned the rapper that her diss tracks could land her back in prison.

“I ain’t even mad. It’s just like, but leave me alone, though,” she said. “All that rap and sh*t, all that, you going to get somebody jumped and poked and stabbed, baby, you’d be right back in prison. Right back in that motherf*cker like. And I’m not even gonna have to put you there. I’m surprised nobody put in a complaint on her a*s already.”

Shields also told the ‘Wanna Go‘ artist to leave her be.

“When I really say, ‘Leave me alone,’ I really mean like, bro, LEAVE ME ALONE,” she added. “I am not the problem that you want, bro.”

Shields Addresses Papoose’s Diss Track

Papoose recently wrote a diss track about his soon-to-be-ex-wife called ‘Jezebel‘, and as the title suggests, he did not mince words. Not only did he note he held Smith down while she was in prison, Pap accused Remy of cheating on the track. In addition, the 48-year-old claimed to have written her raps.

Shields defended her man for writing the diss track in footage shared by Live Bitez.

“It’s a good-a*s song. It needed to be said.” she said. “How y’all mad? Somebody makes three diss tracks about me and my man, calling me all types of names, trolling me… Y’all mad at me. Go on. Leave us alone!”

Remy Ma’s Upcoming Diss Track ‘Why I Get Married’ Features Keke Wyatt

Remy Ma’s track, ‘Why I Get Married,’ hasn’t yet dropped, but it’s about to. It features singer KeKe Wyatt, and the track premieres on Friday, September 25.

Remy shared a visual on Instagram the same day her ex dropped ‘Jezebel.’ Judging from the track’s title, the family drama won’t be de-escalating anytime soon.

Furthermore, Reminisce announced on Instagram that she was throwing an “Exclusive Watch Party” for the visual in Newark, New Jersey.

Inside Julia Haart’s Biggest Divorce Breakthrough

Published

on

Julia Haart and her Daughters, Batsheeva and Miriam are seen attending "Paint2Power" Event

Julia Haart‘s efforts in her messy divorce battle were not in vain.

The “My Unorthodox Life” star has been embroiled in a bitter divorce from her ex-husband, Silvio Scaglia, since 2022, marked by legal battles that began when he tried to remove her from their joint company.

Four years and numerous legal appearances later, Julia Haart walks off triumphant thanks to probing investigations into the talent company’s financials.

Haart and Scaglia, who jointly owned and managed the world’s most prestigious modeling agency, which represents top talents like Adriana Lima, Kendall Jenner, and Vittoria Ceretti, have officially and legally called it quits. This comes years after a grueling $90 million divorce legal war.

For those who do not know, Scaglia bought Elite Models in 2011 and appointed Haart as the agency’s CEO in March 2019, months before the wedding. Shortly after the fashion designer revealed her plans to end their union, Scaglia tried to have her removed from the company.

This triggered a series of lawsuits and brutal countersuits over control of Elite and other associated companies, including claims from the Tech boss that his ex-wife had siphoned company funds.

The divorce drama escalated to the point that a judge even issued arrest warrants for Scaglia, for which he has reportedly been held in contempt of court.

The ‘My Unorthodox Life’ Star Has The Last Laugh

Court documents obtained by Page Six show a judge finally dissolved the marriage and awarded 100% of the company to Haart. Not only did she get the company, but she also walked off with their $57 million Tribeca apartment.

The mom of four secured her victory by hiring a forensic accountant to comb through company records as part of the divorce and having her ex-husband’s assistant testify in the hearings.

With this, she was able to refute Scaglia’s claims that she stole company funds and flip the switch on him. According to court filings, Haart’s team presented evidence that the tech boss had transferred “tens of millions of dollars to various third parties and entities including payments to himself and his paramour Michelle Marie Heinemann.”

His accountant also told the court that “company funds were used to purchase various luxury automobiles, such as two Bentleys and a Porsche, as well as luxury jewelry from Van Cleef & Arpels,” among other items.

The court’s ruling stated that Scaglia had transferred so much money from the company that it was worth as much as his shares “and then some”; thus, it was only fair to hand the rest of Elite Models over to the TV show star, giving her full ownership of the business.

Julia Haart Moved From Half To Full Ownership

“In 2022, Silvio claimed I owned zero percent; today, he owns zero percent, and I own 100 percent of EWG,” Haart said in a statement after expressing gratitude to the court for taking her side in the case.

Last year, a judge awarded her control of the firm despite her ex’s attempt to kick her off completely. The previous ruling granted her 50% ownership of Elite World Group and power of attorney.

The Blast previously reported that a judge awarded Haart a 50% ownership stake in Freedom Holding and granted her power of attorney over Scaglia’s remaining 50% interest. This ruling ensured the mom of four could make independent decisions about the company without needing her ex-husband’s approval.

The Entrepreneur Walked Away Millions Of Dollars Richer

In addition to getting her seat back in the company and her multi-million-dollar mansion, Haart was also awarded nearly $10 million in cash after Judge Jeffrey Pearlman granted her a default judgment in the divorce.

The funds came from a ruling regarding the penthouse, which was their matrimonial home throughout their four years of marriage. The judge awarded the Netflix show star a whopping $7.4 million in unpaid management fees for 2019 to 2021, as shared by The Blast.

The fashion designer also received half of the proceeds from the sale of a Kees Van Dongen painting, which Scaglia sold for approximately $2.97 million.

Pearlman also ruled that Haart would receive half of the funds Scaglia allegedly withdrew from the company, which, according to his former assistant, totals more than $25 million.

Scaglia and Haart met in the world of business. The pair first crossed paths in 2015 when her eponymous shoe brand collaborated with his lingerie brand, La Perla. They met again the following year, when Haart was hired to be La Perla’s creative director. That marked the beginning of their relationship, but only as colleagues.

The now-divorced pair moved from a professional relationship to friendship, which then evolved into something more, and three years later they tied the knot. Scaglia and Haart said I do on June 22, 2019, a day the fashion designer previously labeled the “happiest day” of her life.

According to Oprah Daily, the Italian billionaire often gushed about his love for Haart, describing her online as “a force of nature” whom he is in awe of. He even took her last name after they got married. They continued to work together as lovers and partners until 2022, when Haart decided to call it quits.

In our house, Halloween isn’t just for humans, but finding a costume my cat will actually tolerate? That’s another story. This year, I’m turning to PetSmart’s Thrills & Chills Halloween shop, which has everything from playful full-body costumes to simpler accessories, with several picks priced at $20 or less.

The best part is that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to dressing up your pet. Whether you have a pup who loves being the center of attention or a cat who would rather make a statement with a simple headpiece, these PetSmart picks make it easier to find a Halloween look that fits your pet’s personality — and, ideally, their comfort level, too.

Spooky-Cute Halloween Costumes for Pets at PetSmart

1. Best Overall: This costume turns your pup or cat into an actual hot dog, making it a particularly fun choice for Halloween photos and parties. It’s currently $20 and available in six sizes.

2. Most Unexpected: Why dress your pet as a pumpkin when they could be a lobster? This $20 costume is available in six sizes and is an especially playful pick for pet parents who want something a little less predictable.

3. Fairy-Tale Favorite: Your pet can bring a little mythical energy to the Halloween festivities with this dragon costume. It’s currently $20, giving pet parents another full-costume option in the collection.

4. Photo-Op Pick: This wanted-sign costume is made for the pet who already has a reputation in the neighborhood. It’s such a fun way to give your pet’s Halloween look a Western-inspired twist.

5. Goofy Favorite: For a Halloween look that’s more silly than spooky, this clown costume set is an easy contender. It’s currently $17, making it one of the lower-priced full costume options in the collection.

6. Yes Chef: Let your pet take over the kitchen — at least for the Halloween photos. This cat’s costume is currently $20 and gives pet parents another food-themed option beyond the collection’s hot dog look.

7. Angel Energy: For the furry friend who’s definitely on the nice list, this angel halo and wings set offers a sweet alternative to traditional spooky costumes. It’s $17 and one of the more affordable ways to get your pet dressed up.

8. Instant Mane: Not every pet wants to wear a full costume, and this lion headpiece offers a simpler way to get festive. This $10 option is easy for pet parents looking for a Halloween accessory instead of a full outfit.

Dancing With the Stars pro Sharna Burgess’ fiancé, Brian Austin Green, is the No. 1 cheerleader of her ballroom comeback.

“My guy, he’s an absolute legend,” Burgess, 41, exclusively told Us at the Tuesday, September 15, live premiere. “Brian, he runs me Epsom salt spas for when I get home. He is taking notes. He’s got food ready for me. He wakes up with me [at] my 5:30 a.m. [alarm] and makes me coffee, like he’s doing everything to hold it down at home and support.”

Burgess and Green, 53, have been together since 2020, pairing up on DWTS the next year. Burgess and the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, who share 4-year-old son Zane, got engaged in 2023.

Burgess initially left DWTS in 2022 to spend more time with her and Green’s blended family. (In addition to Zane, Green is a father of four from previous relationships.)

Burgess and Cameron, 33, earned a 17 out of 30 for their tango to Lenny Kravitz’s “Are You Gonna Go My Way.”

We were, like, pleasantly surprised to get those 6s,” Burgess added of the duo’s total score. “We know [the judges were] going to start low, give us somewhere to go. We felt like we had a great dance, great critiques from them, all fair, but getting that higher score was just amazing.”

For Burgess, it was especially “unreal” to be back on the dance floor in itself.

‘The Ring’ Meets ‘V/H/S’ in Official Sneak Peek at Sophie Lowe’s New Horror Movie [Exclusive]

‘The Ring’ Meets ‘V/H/S’ in Official Sneak Peek at Sophie Lowe’s New Horror Movie [Exclusive]

There’s something about the low-fi crackle of an old VHS tape that just screams “horror movie.” Just look at The Ring, or the entire V/H/S anthology series. That’s what Sophie Lowe discovers in the new Australian shocker Posthumous, which is set to debut at Fantastic Fest this week. In advance of its world premiere, Collider is proud to exclusively present the first clip from the film.

The film stars Lowe (After the Dark) as Zoe; she’s just turned thirty, and she’s trying to get her life back together, moving back in with her widowed father. As is her annual tradition, every year she watches a different videotape left behind by her late mother, who died in childbirth, to be watched on her birthday. This time, however, things get spooky, and Zoe starts looking into the truth behind her mother’s life and death. She may not like the answers she’s about to find.

As seen in the clip, the tape Zoe watches is not the heartfelt message she’s hoping for. Instead, as she places it in the VCR, it cuts to what appears to be some sort of arcane ritual being performed by participants in robes and hoods before it cuts to her mother, eerily sitting on their couch and singing “Happy Birthday.” Even creepier, even though we see only a few seconds of footage, over half an hour has elapsed…and the real birthday tape is still tucked into a cardboard box. What’s really going on here? You’ll have to find out when Posthumous has its world premiere at Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas on September 19.

Four franchises, four completely different ways of getting underneath
your skin. This is the one built out of your particular fear, why it works so well on you, and what
it would leave behind.

A Nightmare on Elm Street · Since 1984

Elm Street

Your nightmare does not wait outside the door. It waits for you
to close your eyes, which you are going to have to do eventually, because nobody has ever
won that particular argument.

  • Freddy is horror’s cruellest idea: a threat that lives in the one place you cannot
guard, cannot lock, and cannot avoid forever.
  • You are the person who lies awake running through it again. Your own mind is where this
starts and where it does the damage.
  • These films understood exhaustion as a horror engine. The kids on Elm Street do not lose
because they are weak. They lose because they are tired.
  • You can lock every door in the house. You still have to sleep.

Child’s Play · Chucky · Since 1988

Chucky

Your nightmare is not really the thing itself. It is the face of
the person you tell, and the way they decide, very kindly, that you have imagined all of it.

  • Chucky works precisely because he is absurd. That is the trap: the more accurately you
describe him, the less anybody is going to believe you.
  • You know the specific loneliness of being right while everyone around you is being
    reasonable at you.
  • The franchise is at its best when the adults in the room are the real obstacle, and you
    have met those adults.
  • By the time somebody finally believes you, you will have handled most of it on your own.

Scream · Ghostface · Since 1996

Scream

Your nightmare has your number, knows your name, and has almost
certainly been inside your house before. The worst part is that you already know them.

  • Scream is the only one of these where the monster takes the mask off and turns out to be
somebody who was at the party.
  • You watch people. You notice the small wrong notes in a conversation, and you have never
entirely been able to switch that off.
  • The franchise made the rules of horror part of the plot, which means the survivors are
the ones paying attention. You would be paying attention.
  • Everybody is a suspect, including the person who just offered to walk you home.

The Conjuring · The Warren Files · Since 2013

The Conjuring

Your nightmare is not really about you. It is about the people
asleep down the hall, and the fact that you are the one who moved them all here.

  • The Conjuring films are domestic horror. The house, the family, the perfectly ordinary
room that quietly stops feeling ordinary.
  • Your fear is protective rather than personal. What frightens you is failing somebody,
    not being hurt yourself.
  • This is the one franchise where belief is the weapon. The people who come through it are
the ones who are not alone and refuse to be.
  • Whatever is here did not come for you. It came for the household, and you are the one
    standing in the hallway.

Absurdist Horror ‘Littermates’ Officially Gets First Trailer Ahead of Fantastic Fest Debut [Exclusive]

Horror continues to have a banger of a year, and now, as we gear up to head into the spooky season, fans of the genre are excited to see what new terrifying twists and turns await in the fall months. One new horror movie coming our way is Littermates, by Scott Tinkham and Michael Woloson. The film puts two survivors in an impossible situation, and Collider is thrilled to bring you an exclusive first look at the trailer ahead of its Fantastic Fest debut. The film introduces us to Liam (Joey Bader) and Mel (Kaylee McGregor), two survivors who find themselves in the cottage of Chester (Oliver Woolf) in the English countryside. He takes care of them, teaching them to communicate, and as they test Chester and his rules, they begin to understand what actually happened to them.

Littermates is described as follows: “As sirens, smoke, and distant threats press closer, Liam and Mel go about their days relearning the simplest tasks inside Chester’s carefully controlled world, while earning “nifties” for good behavior that can be traded for small comforts like karaoke, hot tub time, dance parties, and favorite meals. However, unlike Liam, Mel is far less willing to accept the boundaries of the cottage, growing increasingly drawn to the woods, the locked gate, and the larger world Chester insists is too dangerous to enter. When Mel’s curiosity pushes past Chester’s rules, the fragile order of the cottage is tested, exposing the fear, loyalty, and unanswered questions holding their makeshift family together.”

The new trailer for the film features Bader and McGregor continually looking at each other, saying repeatedly, “I’m sorry this happened to you,” with a flash of scenes from the film. A tennis court, both of the two survivors fighting for their lives, lots of shots of the wilderness, and more. Will Mel and Liam make it out? How did they get to Chester’s to begin with? All of that is left up to our imagination in the trailer for Littermates, and it does keep you on edge!

2026 Is a Great Year for Original Horror

The film was executive produced by Haley Nicole Johnson, who is one of the reasons why we have the new film Obsession. Much like Littermates, the film had its United States premiere at Fantastic Fest in Austin, Texas, last year. With Johnson producing both, could this be setting up Littermates to be the next big thing in horror? We don’t know yet, but the trailer does have enough to have us intrigued by what Tinkham and Woloson have in store for us.

You can see what happens to Liam and Mel in Littermates, in theaters on November 6. More information on each entry can be found on the official Fantastic Fest film guide.

Guillermo Says He's Gained 10 Lbs During 'DWTS' Training

Guillermo Rodriguez may have been “Mr. Big Stuff” in his Dancing With the Stars debut, but he didn’t have the judges’ scores to match.

I think, [for] this cha-cha, we worked on so much,” Rodriguez’s pro partner, Witney Carson, exclusively told Us after the Tuesday, September 15, live premiere. “We really worked on the timing and not rushing it. I think that you know there were bits where we were a little bit off, but he got right back on it and he listened to what I said.”

She continued, “He followed my lead and he performed and he had fun, so honestly, that’s all I can ask for. I’m so proud. The judge’s scores were lame.”

Carson, 32, and Rodriguez, 55, performed a high-energy cha-cha to Jean Knight’s “Mr. Big Stuff” on Tuesday, earning a total score of 10 out of 30 from the judges. (Carrie Ann Inaba gave the Jimmy Kimmel Live! star a 4, while both Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli each scored the routine a 3.)

“I’m not too happy with the score, but listen, I listened to Witney. I felt like I’m at home,” he stressed. “I gotta listen to my wife, I gotta listen to my partner. She said, ‘Look at me. Smile. Don’t rush it. Have fun. Enjoy.’”

He continued, “I say Dancing With the Stars is hard, but I passed the first week, so I don’t have nothing else to lose, nothing to prove. I’m here to stay. I’m here to work hard and do my best.”

Despite the low scores, the fans — including one celebrity VIP — have rallied around Rodriguez.

Dancing With the Stars returned for season 35 — with a night full of unforgettable performances and a jaw-dropping elimination. The ballroom competition kicked off Tuesday, September 15, where the male celebrity contestants each danced to a Billboard No. 1 hit from their birth year. While the cast gave it their all, the judges were […]

“[Jimmy Kimmel] just told me, ‘Go with it, have fun, give yourself 100% [and] no matter what happens, you should be proud of yourself, and the most important, after you dance, you gotta have a drink,’” Rodriguez quipped on Tuesday. “That’s what he told me.”

Rodriguez and Carson’s ballroom journey is also a weekly trio performance, as the choreographer is pregnant with her third baby.

“I’m feeling good. It feels different, for sure, but I honestly feel really good this second trimester,” Carson, who is also mom of two sons with husband Carson McAllister, told Us of her pregnancy. “I have more energy. Guillermo’s really taking care of me. He’s making sure I get all my snacks and water.”

At Us Weekly, we’re already gearing up for fall with chic sweaters, tailored trousers and sleek boots galore. But if there’s one item we never forget, it’s our outerwear. These pieces are thrown over literally every outfit during the autumn season, and it’s why we’re replacing our frumpy cardigans for elegant, old money-inspired jackets that give off Princess Diana vibes in the most effortless way.

To get the elegant rich look, we pulled options inspired by Ivy League prep style like barn jackets, funnel-neck styles, quilted numbers, and Harrington-esque pieces. Oh, and because materials matter, we also sourced jacket picks that are made to last, like vegan leather, waxed cotton and durable polyester. When styled right, you’ll be so surprised how expensive these outer garments look, even if they’re well within budget. Our favorite upscale-like options come from brands you know and love, including Quince, Free People, Levi’s Banana Republic, Amazon, Abercrombie & Fitch and more, starting at $40.

Old Money-Inspired Jackets to Wear This Fall

1. Our Favorite: You can consider this faux suede jacket the feminine version of the ultra-popular Ralph Lauren Harrington. The bubble hem, hidden zipper closure and classic collar feel right on track.

2. Playful Pattern: Barn jackets come back in style every fall, however, this cropped option features a trendy plaid pattern that’s already huge for the season. The lightweight cotton base makes it ideal for warm fall days, so you can feel covered without being overly hot.

3. Celeb-Style: If we didn’t know any better, we’d think this military-inspired jacket was the cropped version of Kate Middleton‘s mountain-hiking style. It features a button-up collar, flap front pockets and instead of a belt (like the royal’s), this one has a flattering drawstring design.

4. Royal Flush: Queen Elizabeth II certainly wore her fair share of sparkly gowns, however, she also loved a good barn jacket. This oversized barn jacket gives her old money 1980s style a modern twist.

5. Laid-Back Luxe: You’d never think that bohemian-chic Free People could create an old money-inspired look, but this faux leather jacket is here to prove you wrong. It’s classic in all the best ways, from the relaxed silhouette to the tortoiseshell buttons.

We have been so fascinated with ’90s fashion this year, from chic styles inspired by Carolyn Bessette Kennedy to preppy outfits worn by Jennifer Aniston‘s character on Friends. And now that fall is almost here, we’re noticing that fashion people are reaching for a seasonal staple that might have you thinking about your favorite ’98 movie […]

6. Everyday Ease: Coffee runs, apple-picking adventures and movie nights will feel extra comfy when you throw on this brown plaid number. It looks effortlessly chic, especially when styled with slim cigarette jeans and black booties.

7. Anything But Basic: Denim jackets are kind of a no-brainer for fall, but they don’t usually have that rich element we’re looking for. This oversized denim jacket from Bp. is the exception due to the dark wash that contrasts nicely with the white stitching and silver buttons.

8. Slimming Staple: You know how some jackets can overwhelm your frame? Well, this one from Levi’s avoids that dilemma with a drawstring waist to give you an A-line silhouette.

9. Expensive-Looking: It doesn’t get more rich than this! Lucky Brand’s quilted hunting jacket feels just like options the elite would wear while watching horse races, regattas or the like.

10. Fall Must-Have: Every cool girl we know is rocking brown in anticipation of fall, and this chic Quince jacket will make you one of them. Made with wax cotton, it has that wealthy air about it, despite being pretty affordable.

11. Editor-Loved: Us Weekly shopping editors (ehem, this gal) are big fans of this vegan leather jacket from Abercrombie. It looks sleek, chic, pulled together and all the high-end things. We swear it can dress up a casual tee and jeans like nobody’s business.

12. Top Seller: This Abercrombie bestseller is nailing that trendy funnel-neck jacket look that everyone is searching for right now. In addition to keeping you warm on brisk mornings, the elevated neckline and button-hiding paneling give it a seamless, cool appearance.

13. Running Out: This ultra-popular trench coat is selling out as we type! The polished design has pops of plaid via the rolled cuffs and accompanying scarf (which can be removed, if you so choose). It comes in five colors, so you have a chance to score one before they’re all gone.

14. On-Sale Pick: No one will ever guess you bought this refined pique blazer on double discount, but here we are. It’s already 40% off . . . and you get an extra 40% off when you add it to your cart.

15. Functional Favorite: There’s nothing better than finding a versatile, fashionable staple, and this Banana Republic Factory find checks off all the boxes. Not only is this utility jacket so chic but it also comes with deep pockets, so you can leave your home without a purse.

Hannah Einbinder unleashed a blistering message for Ed Sheeran as backlash surrounding Macklemore’s removal from the singer’s Loop Tour continued to intensify. The “Hacks” star shared a post describing Sheeran as a “regular dude” despite his estimated $400 million net worth, but she added a far less flattering message of her own.

Einbinder shared her fiery message alongside an earlier post about Sheeran insisting that he remains an ordinary person despite his enormous financial success.

“Ed Sheeran, I say this as a ginger. I hope you get a REALLY bad sunburn, the kind on the back of your entire body where it hurts to lie down or walk or sit,” Einbinder wrote.

Her remarks came amid a growing dispute over Macklemore being removed from the remaining dates of Sheeran’s tour after making pro-Palestinian comments onstage.

Macklemore had been scheduled to open eight of Sheeran’s final 10 stadium shows in the United States. During performances at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium on September 4 and 5, the rapper used his set to express support for Palestinians.

“A big part of the reason why I wanted to do this tour in the first place is so I could stand up in stadiums like this and say two words that are very near and dear to my heart: ‘Free Palestine,’” Macklemore told the audience.

The rapper also performed “Hind’s Hall,” his protest song supporting Palestinians, while images showing destruction in Gaza appeared on screens inside the stadium.

His performance prompted criticism from some Jewish and pro-Israel groups. The Israeli American Council subsequently circulated a petition urging Sheeran and tour organizers to remove Macklemore from the remaining shows.

Macklemore later claimed that venue owners objected to his message and threatened to prevent Sheeran’s concerts from taking place if he remained on the lineup.

Ed Sheeran Says The Decision Was Not His

Sheeran responded to the growing criticism by insisting that he did not personally decide to remove Macklemore. “Macklemore coming off tour was the promoter’s decision, it was not mine,” the singer wrote in a statement shared on Instagram.

Sheeran explained that Macklemore’s contract was with the tour’s promoter rather than with him directly. Messina Touring Group confirmed that venues scheduled to host upcoming shows had warned that they would not allow the concerts to proceed with Macklemore still attached.

“As the concert promoter for Ed Sheeran’s U.S. Loop Tour, we have been notified by venues on the upcoming U.S. tour dates that they will not allow a concert to take place with Macklemore on the lineup, which would result in the cancellation of the tour and impact hundreds of thousands of fans,” the company said.

The promoter added that Macklemore would no longer appear “after discussions with stakeholders.”

Sheeran said he spoke with venues, promoters and activists in an effort to resolve the dispute, but the final decision remained beyond his control. “I have spent this week trying to build bridges, to find a solution and unfortunately, was unable to do so,” he explained, per PEOPLE.

Sheeran also pushed back against accusations that his reluctance to discuss the Israel-Palestine conflict meant he did not care about the situation. “I am appalled by the conflict between Israel and Palestine,” he wrote. “The suffering and pain caused on both sides is a human tragedy.”

The singer explained that he does not use his professional platform to discuss politics because his concerts attract people from different backgrounds, including young children. “I am not complicit. I have my personal views on this devastating conflict. Just because I choose not to speak publicly, it doesn’t mean I don’t have them, and it doesn’t mean I don’t care,” Sheeran said.

Sheeran emphasized that he respected Macklemore’s willingness to speak publicly even though their approaches differed, and described his concerts as spaces for “unity, joy, escapism, love, and a place for everyone to feel welcome.”

The controversy grew after multiple performers announced they would no longer participate in the remaining tour dates. Finneas, Lukas Graham, Aaron Rowe and Irish band Beoga withdrew from the tour in solidarity with Macklemore and Palestinians.

Sheeran said he would not cancel the shows because doing so would affect fans, crew members and musicians who rely on the tour for work. “I would never let down the fans who had made plans, nor would I abandon the touring crew and the other support acts and musicians who rely on me for work and to make a living,” he stated.

Einbinder has repeatedly expressed support for Palestinians while also discussing her Jewish identity. After winning Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for “Hacks” at the 2025 Emmy Awards, she ended her acceptance speech with a pro-Palestinian statement. She later explained that she felt an obligation to distinguish Jewish identity from the policies and military actions of the Israeli government.

Einbinder returned to the Emmys in 2026 as a nominee for the fifth and final season of “Hacks,” which concluded its run earlier this year. She did not win the supporting actress category this time.

Where Does Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Couple Stand

Whitney Leavitt just staged an unexpected MomTok reunion!

Former and current Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast members came together on Tuesday, September 15, to cheer on Whitney’s husband, Conner Leavitt, at the season 35 premiere of Dancing With the Stars.

Whitney shared a video via TikTok in support of Conner, which featured fellow MomTok members Mayci Neeley and Mikayla Matthews — and former costar Demi Engemann.

“Mommy needed some back up 😛👀,” Whitney, 33, wrote over the video as she tried to rally viewer votes for Conner, 32, during Tuesday’s DWTS season premiere.

For some The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives couples, going on a reality TV show made their marriage stronger — while others crumbled under the pressure. When Hulu debuted The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives in September 2024, viewers were introduced to Jen Affleck and husband Zac Affleck, Demi Engemann and husband Bret Engemann, Whitney […]

She captioned the post, “MOMTOK RIDES AT DAWN!!”

Despite Whitney bringing MomTok stars past and present together to support her husband, Conner was the first contestant eliminated from DWTS season 35 alongside professional partner Adele Zaikman.

Demi, 31, left Mormon Wives during production on season 4, which aired in March, amid scrutiny over what happened between her and Marciano Brunette when they filmed Vanderpump Villa in 2024.

Demi previously accused Marciano of “unwanted touch” during production of the show in Italy. Marciano, 33, later filed a lawsuit against Demi, accusing her of damaging his reputation by claiming he was a “sexual predator.”

“The truth is straightforward. Engemann and Marciano met while filming in Italy. They flirted. They spoke privately. They shared a consensual kiss. They separated,” Marciano’s lawsuit, filed in December 2025, read. “After filming, Engemann stayed in contact with Marciano for months through calls, FaceTime, texts, invitations, and even location sharing. That behavior confirms a continued relationship, not a person reacting to sexual assault.”

Marciano and Demi settled the lawsuit out of court in August.

“Demi Engemann, [Mormon Wives producers] Jeff Jenkins Productions LLC, and Marciano Brunette have reached an agreement out of court resolving all claims among them,” a spokesperson for Demi told Us at the time. “The parties will have no further comment on the matter.”

Demi appeared on the first three seasons of Mormon Wives, costarring alongside Whitney, Mayci, Mikayla, Taylor Frankie Paul, Layla Taylor, Jen Affleck and Miranda McWhorter, who joined the cast in season 2.

Whitney announced her departure from the show earlier this year, concluding her stint with the show’s recently aired fifth season.

Earlier this week, Mikayla, 26, confirmed her exit midway through production on season 6, citing Taylor’s involvement in the new season despite recent personal and legal issues.

“I’ve said from the beginning of this that I’m not comfortable being a part of something that continues to platform behavior I don’t agree especially given my own experience growing up in a home with multiple forms of abuse,” Mikayla said via Instagram. “There’s no amount of money worth going against my morals or changing the stance I’ve had since I first saw and heard the things that made me feel this strongly.”
