The attorneys for three of Nolan Wells’ friends are reportedly planning to sue Ben Crump. Edward Andrew Paltzik, who represents Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour, and is pushing back against claims that his clients deleted messages from Nolan’s cellphone.

Here’s Why The Attorneys For Nolan Wells’ Friends Plan To Sue Ben Crump

NewsNation reports that Attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik is shutting down allegations involving his clients, Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour. Paltzik maintains that none of the three men deleted messages from Nolan Wells’ phone. Paltzik addressed the allegations further while speaking with TMZ, saying, “Warren, Jax and Morgan did not erase anything and never had access to his phone.” “If anything was erased, they didn’t do it.”

Tyler Cox, another attorney representing Hudson, Pitalo and Seymour, said a woman in the group collected the phones they left on the boat, including Nolan’s, and placed them inside a truck.

“It stayed there until Christine’s friend came over to get Nolan’s phone,” Cox said, referring to Wells’ mother. “The same girl in the group retrieved the phone from the truck and gave it to Christine’s friend around 1:30 a.m.,” Cox explained.

Now, both attorneys say they plan to sue Ben Crump for defamation. The potential lawsuit follows forensic examiner Andrew Garret’s findings that someone deleted messages from Wells’ phone. He said the deletions occurred after Wells last used the device on July 4 and before his family got it back.

Ben Crump Reveals What Was Found On Nolan Wells’ Cellphone

Ben Crump recently joined the legal team representing Nolan Wells’ family for a press conference to share new details from the findings on his cellphone. According to Crump, Nolan sent his last text to his aunt on the evening of July 3. The message read, “Thank you.” 

Forensics expert Andrew Garret also broke down the data recovered from Nolan’s phone. Garret said investigators retrieved more than 300 Snapchat messages between Nolan and his friends. He added that analyzing the data took more than 30 hours. The legal team also showed a video tracking Nolan’s phone movements on July 4, along with his Snapchat activity. The data appeared to show that his phone remained on the boat throughout the day before traveling back to land with the group of teens. But Garret said the Snapchat data raised another question. According to his findings, someone deleted Snapchat data from Nolan’s phone before his family got the device back.

Wells’ Autopsy Findings Raise More Questions About His Death

Ben Crump also turned his attention to Mississippi’s official autopsy findings for Nolan Wells. According to the report, Nolan suffered “two dark red-purple” lacerations to the back of his head before his death. The findings also indicated that examiners did not detect water in his throat or lungs. Those details have raised questions about the circumstances surrounding Nolan’s death, particularly after a recent grand jury determined that he died from an accidental drowning.

It was supposed to be a fun getaway when Nolan Wells went on a Fourth of July 2026 trip with his friends to Mississippi’s Horn Island. However, tragedy took place when the 18-year-old was reported missing and his body was found two days later.

While authorities initially said that they believe Wells accidentally drowned, his parents aren’t convinced and they launched their own investigation separate from the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department in order to learn what really happened.

More than two months after his death, the case took a shocking turn when authorities opted to not press criminal charges in Wells’ death.

Nolan Wells Went Missing During a Boat Trip With Friends

Wells went missing during a boat ride with friends to Horn Island on July 4, 2026. The group took the trip as a “last hurrah” before Wells planned to return to football camp at Southwest Mississippi Community College.

One of his friends on the boat reported Wells missing to the U.S. Coast Guard around 11 p.m. Soon after, Wells’ mother filed a missing persons report with the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department after midnight.

Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter told the Associated Press that Wells’ friends claimed that he chose to stay on Horn Island when the rest of the group left.

“From the people we’ve talked to, it sounds like he chose to stay on the island with the assumption that he was going to ride back to the mainland with someone else,” Ledbetter said.

Nolan Wells’ Body Was Found 2 Days After He Was Reported Missing

Wells’ body was discovered in the water on the northwest end of Horn Island on July 6, 2026.

Jackson County Coroner Bruce Lynd said that authorities identified that the body was Wells through dental records, though he did not reveal a potential cause of death.

Ledbetter told ABC News that investigators did not believe there was foul play and that they found no evidence to indicate “that a crime has occurred.”

United Cajun Navy vice president and spokesperson Brian Trascher told People that photos showed “the boys drinking beer and stuff.” However, Wells’ “blood alcohol level was not at an intoxicated level.”

Following his disappearance, a video went viral that allegedly included audio of the teen in a verbal argument with a friend. Ledbetter told the Sun Herald that they’re still in the process of authenticating the content of the video.

“A lot of people are calling here to report what they saw or read on social media, and it’s not firsthand knowledge,” he told the outlet. “What we have to go on in an investigation is original documentation and firsthand knowledge.”

Ledbetter added, “One barrier we have is social media. We are in the process of documenting, verifying, and corroborating all that information.”

Tracestin Shepherd, one of the boys on the boat, insisted that the group did nothing wrong while appearing on the July 13, 2026, episode of Good Morning America.

“We did no wrong here and we don’t understand how we’re getting so much hate behind us,” he said. “We all cared and loved Nolan, and nobody wanted to see Nolan die. Nobody wanted to see his life be taken so short.”

Nolan Wells’ Family Launched an Independent Investigation Into His Death

After police said they believe his death was an accident, Wells’ family launched an investigation into his death.

Wells’ parents, Christine Wonsley and Elmore Wonsley, and their attorney, Ben Crump, appeared on the July 10, 2026, episode of GMA to explain that they were in the process of doing an independent autopsy in Washington, D.C.

Crump also said they were seeking forensic analysis of the teen’s phone after Christine claimed that the device’s location history differed from what his friends saw on Snapchat. She also said that there were no posts from his two Snapchat accounts on the day he went missing, which was uncommon for her son.

“It isn’t even 24 hours, which is how long videos and pictures stay in Snapchat,” Christine told GMA of when she got his phone. “I’ve seen Nolan whenever he snaps. When he goes and he’s having fun, he does videos. There was absolutely nothing.”

Both Christine and Elmore also admitted they couldn’t “fathom” Wells leaving the group.

“We always taught him that if you go with a group, you stay with a group,” Elmore said. “If you go with five, you come back with five. Do not separate from the group. Because I always said, ‘Safety is in numbers.’ So he knew to stay with this group, so why would he split from the group? I don’t know.”

A Mississippi Grand Jury Declined to Press Criminal Charges in Nolan Wells’ Death

A Mississippi grand jury announced on September 21, 2026, that they declined to press any criminal charges following Wells’ death.

“The Grand Jury finds no credible evidence to support the public allegations that any persons who rode to or from Horn Island on July 4, 2026, on the Triton, the Palm Beach, or the Tideline engaged in any criminal conduct related to the death of Mr. Wells,” a grand jury report said, per CBS News. “The allegations against the occupants of the Triton, the Palm Beach, and the Tideline [boats that traveled to the island] are not based in truth, and are solely the result of public clamor and private malice.”

The report went on to say that the “position of, condition of, time of discovery, and location of Mr. Wells’ body is consistent with drowning.”

“Both the State of Mississippi Chief Medical Examiner and [doctor’s name redacted] opined that the cause and manner of Mr. Wells’ death is undetermined and that drowning is a diagnosis of ⁠exclusion,” the report said, according to Reuters.

Following the ruling, Wells’ family called for the investigation to remain open due to findings in his autopsy report.

Nolan Wells Autopsy Results Came Back Undetermined

Wells’ official autopsy by the Mississippi state medical examiner was released in September 2026, and the report stated that his cause and manner of death were undetermined.

Meanwhile, the independent autopsy that was completed at his parents’ request listed Wells’ cause and manner of death as undetermined pending further investigation. The report added that there were “acute blunt force injuries to the head and body prior to his death.”

“We are still trying to determine who or what caused the blunt force trauma to the back of Nolan Wells’ head,” Crump said at a news conference on September 24, 2026, per People.

Another one of the family’s attorneys, Liza Park, told reporters that they obtained the state’s official autopsy, which listed two dark red-purple subcutaneous scalp contusions — or bruises — that were found at the back of Wells’ head.

“What it also says is that in the neck, the larynx and hyoid bone are without hemorrhages or fractures,” Park said of the report. “The anterior cervical spine is unremarkable. Lungs, no fluid or debris is within the airways. [Gastrointestinal] tract, unremarkable. The stomach is empty.”

The report offers new details about the circumstances leading to Carrot Top’s hospitalization while a separate legal battle involving an alleged explicit recording continues to unfold.

The claims of sexual misconduct referenced in the police report have not been proven, and the report does not establish the truth of those allegations.

Carrot Top Was Found Unconscious Near His Pool

Medical dispatch reportedly contacted police at approximately 4:21 p.m. on September 18 about an emergency at Carrot Top’s Las Vegas residence. When officers arrived, they allegedly discovered the comedian, whose legal name is Scott Thompson, unconscious in the backyard near his swimming pool. Although he was not responsive, the report stated that he was still breathing.

Emergency personnel transported Thompson to a hospital, where TMZ reported that he has remained under medical care since the incident. The police report did not include a public medical diagnosis or provide further information about his current treatment. Earlier reports indicated that the performer was recovering in the hospital and receiving support from those closest to him.

His Manager Reportedly Received A Troubling Final Text

According to the report, Thompson’s manager told investigators that he had spoken to the comedian shortly before the emergency. The manager reportedly informed Thompson about an article containing claims that the performer had behaved in a sexually inappropriate manner. The report stated that Thompson reacted by saying that his show was going to be over. He also allegedly expressed concern about a third party and her daughter, saying that he hoped they would be “okay without him.”

After the call ended, Thompson reportedly sent his manager a one-word text message: “Done.” The manager then attempted to contact Thompson but could not reach him. Concerned by the statements and the text message, he requested that authorities conduct an emergency response at the comedian’s home.

TMZ reported that Thompson was informed about the impending allegations approximately one hour before the apparent suicide attempt.

A Separate Legal Fight Was Already Unfolding

The emergency occurred amid a contentious legal dispute between Thompson and his former friend Brian Evans. The two have reportedly been battling in court over an alleged sexually explicit recording involving Thompson. Evans has denied wrongdoing and disputed claims that he attempted to improperly pressure the comedian for money.

Page Six previously obtained a September 3 report from the Lake Mary Police Department documenting an allegation made by Thompson’s attorney, Ronnie Bitman. According to that report, Bitman told police that Evans claimed to possess a USB containing “sensitive contents of an explicit video about the client.”

Bitman reportedly alleged that Evans demanded $500,000 and threatened to provide the material to tabloids if Thompson did not pay. The complaint was categorized as “information only, extortion of client.” However, the report did not result in a criminal finding against Evans.

Thompson’s Attorneys Made Similar Claims In Court

Thompson’s legal team raised related allegations in a September 3 filing in Broward County, Florida. His attorneys claimed that Evans demanded “significant sums” while indicating that the alleged recording could be added to a public court filing. Thompson’s team argued that placing the material on a public docket could make it accessible to reporters and other members of the public.

Documents previously reported by Page Six included a request for $500,000 “in immediately available funds, in exchange for resolution of all claims against” Thompson. Evans has denied threatening to release a recording in return for money. He previously maintained that the disputed communication concerned resolving his legal claims and was not an attempt to exchange his silence for payment.

No Criminal Finding Has Been Made Against Brian Evans

Thompson was not present when his attorney contacted the Lake Mary Police Department, and he reportedly lived outside the department’s jurisdiction. The responding officer advised Bitman that Thompson would need to contact the law enforcement agency responsible for the area where he resides. The Lake Mary report did not lead to charges or any criminal finding against Evans.

The Broward County dispute also remains a civil matter, and the allegations made by Thompson’s attorneys have not been established as fact by a court.

There are movies that take a little while to show you what they’re all about, and then there’s 1989’s Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death, a movie whose title tells you almost everything you need to know before you even press play.

Almost.

Because the title doesn’t tell you that Bill Maher is here.

Long before spending his Friday nights complaining about whatever people younger than him are doing, Maher was wandering through the California wilderness as a macho idiot named Jim in a movie about feminist cannibals threatening the United States avocado supply. I genuinely wish younger Bill Maher did more crap like this before becoming an insufferable gasbag, because seeing him get dropped into something this profoundly stupid is way more entertaining than it has any right to be.

And I mean “profoundly stupid” with nothing but affection.

Welcome To The Avocado Jungle

In Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death, the federal government has a serious problem on its hands because the Piranha Women, a tribe of cannibals living in the mysterious Avocado Jungle, keep killing the men sent in to harvest the nation’s avocado supply. Their solution is to recruit feminist studies professor Dr. Margo Hunt (Shannon Tweed), who is tasked with convincing the Piranha Women to abandon their home and relocate to a reservation condo in Malibu. Margo brings along her student Bunny (Karen Mistal), while Jim (Bill Maher), a swaggering chauvinist who couldn’t be less qualified for this particular assignment, serves as their guide.

Once inside the jungle, Margo discovers that her former colleague Dr. Kurtz (Adrienne Barbeau) has become the Piranha Women’s leader, while Bunny becomes increasingly fascinated with their way of life. There’s also a rival tribe known as the Barracuda Women, whose ideological disagreement with the Piranhas comes down to whether sacrificed men taste better with guacamole or clam dip. Jim, meanwhile, spends a considerable amount of time learning why being aggressively sexist is a poor survival strategy when you’re surrounded by women who eat men.

Cannibalism Is A Spectrum

If you’re worried that Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death has something important to say about gender politics, relax.

The entire movie is basically one extended argument between exaggerated versions of men and women, with everybody so completely ridiculous that taking sides feels beside the point. Margo teaches feminist studies at Spritzer College. The submissive men living peacefully in the jungle are called the Donnahews. Dr. Kurtz wrote a book called Smart Women, Stupid Insensitive Men. The government’s idea of assimilating the Piranha Women involves introducing them to aerobics and Cosmopolitan magazine.

This movie was made in 1989 and absolutely refuses to let you forget that fact.

The jokes aren’t subtle, and plenty of them land with the sophistication of somebody throwing a folding chair across the room. But Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death moves quickly enough that another completely ridiculous idea is usually waiting right behind the one that didn’t work. Shannon Tweed plays Margo remarkably straight, while Bill Maher is legitimately funny as a guy whose personality makes him the human equivalent of a gas station boner pill.

Then there’s Adrienne Barbeau, who seems perfectly comfortable ruling over a tribe of cannibals from a throne in the middle of the California wilderness, as she should be.

Guacamole Or Clam Dip?

The thing I appreciate most about Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death is that nobody involved seems embarrassed by it.

This is a movie where feminist scholars sword fight over control of a cannibal tribe while the United States government worries about avocado production. Bunny decides joining the Piranha Women sounds like a pretty good idea before learning that her initiation ceremony involves sacrificing Jim. Somewhere in the middle of all this, the movie decides the big ideological divide separating two tribes of cannibal women is how they prefer to eat their men.

Writer and director J.F. Lawton would go on to write Pretty Woman and Under Siege, which makes this movie even more fascinating as an artifact, like when you remember the kind of films Peter Jackson directed before working on the Lord of the Rings films. Before writing one of the biggest romantic comedies of the 1990s, this man made a movie where Adrienne Barbeau rules the Avocado Jungle and Bill Maher runs around acting like exactly the kind of guy the women living there would want to eat.

Everybody has to start somewhere.

We Used To Make Movies

I don’t know if I’d call Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death a good movie in any traditional sense, but I also don’t particularly care.

It’s the kind of low-budget nonsense I’m always hoping to find when I’m scrolling through Tubi late at night. The entire production has the energy of people realizing nobody was going to stop them, so they kept pushing forward until they had something resembling a finished movie.

Nobody needed an elaborate mythology explaining the Avocado Jungle or a serious explanation for why there are rival cannibal tribes living somewhere outside San Bernardino. Somebody came up with the phrase Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death, figured out how much money they had, and made the damn movie. Sometimes that’s enough.

As of this writing, you can stream Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death for free on Tubi. Don’t pay for this one, and you’ll definitely feel like you got your money’s worth.

CANNIBAL WOMEN IN THE AVOCADO JUNGLE OF DEATH SCORE

General Hospital fans, we’ve got a new leak for you about the upcoming assault on Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) that leads to his apparent escape from General Hospital. But it looks like somebody else is also injured in this.

And no, we are not talking about Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), although he may be harmed as well. Today we’ve got brand new leaked info about Sidwell’s big escape, what leads up to it, and who all is hurt in the process.

General Hospital: Sonny Has Sidwell Attacked

All right, so we shared a leak before about Sidwell. But now we got even more info. So, of course, we all now know that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is behind the attack on Sidwell that happens this week in Pentonville. I’m sure that’s why Curtis got a warning to stay out of his cell. Because Sonny didn’t want him hurt.

That already happened this week, the warning. And the promo shows Sidwell cornered by thugs. Our leaker told us a while back that Sidwell would get roughed up in Pentonville and it’s so bad that Sidwell has to be taken to General Hospital for medical care. So, looks like Sonny’s plan doesn’t quite go off as he hoped it would. That may be because of Curtis’ interference. And the initial leak said that while he’s at General Hospital that Sidwell is going to escape.

Of course, it’s much easier to break out of a hospital than prison. And our source also says Curtis is caught in the crossfire. Even though he’s warned to stay away from the cell he shares with Sidwell this week, I fully expect Curtis to get involved. We all know that Sidwell is trying to hire some other inmate to be his bodyguard this week. So maybe it’s Curtis he’s making that offer to. But he has no reason to protect Sidwell. Certainly doesn’t need the money.

But Curtis may intervene and stop the attack. Maybe in one way trying to atone for his own attack on Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). So, even though this is a General Hospital leak and not an official spoiler, it looks like it’s turning from a rumor to a spoiler. Because we know Sidwell is attacked on Sonny’s orders.

Sidwell Injured on GH

And I’m expecting to see it on cliffhanger Friday and then it’s going to pick back up next week and it may for a minute even look like Sidwell’s killed. Now, we had originally heard from another source that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was going to be behind the attack on Sidwell as payback for Jason being tortured in Jakarta. But at the time I shared that rumor, if you saw the video, I said I was skeptical of that. Because Jason has put the mob and violence behind him. And as it turned out, my skepticism was correct because Sonny is behind the attack, which makes a lot more sense.

And it seems to be in retribution for what happened to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) getting burned nearly to death when Sonny’s penthouse was firebombed or just general revenge. So, after Sidwell is beaten in prison, I fully suspect he’s going to play up his injuries to seem worse than they are so that everybody thinks Sidwell is out of commission and that he isn’t a physical threat.

I’m also interested to see if he tries to file a complaint with the PCPD accusing Sonny of the attack. Because he already told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that Sonny was making threats. So, that would be interesting because Justine Turner (Nazanin Contractor) was just telling Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) that Sonny’s out of the mob business and she doesn’t think it’ll be a conflict of interest. She doesn’t think she’ll be in a position to have to prosecute or not prosecute Sonny. But if Sidwell accuses Sonny of being behind the attack, that could put Justine in a tough spot.

General Hospital: Sidwell Fools Everyone

Meanwhile, Sidwell may play up how injured and incapacitated that he is, and that way he can stay at General Hospital and out of Pentonville while Sidwell figures out how to enact an escape plan. He definitely wants out of prison. He regrets taking that plea deal because Sidwell was just trying to get Alexis to take his case to file an appeal to get his plea bargain tossed out which Sidwell now claims was made under extreme duress.

But of course, Alexis shot Sidwell down and Alexis doesn’t want him out of prison. We’ll see if she turns a blind eye since he said he was in danger and then he’s attacked. We know Sidwell doesn’t want to spend 30 years behind bars. So, I absolutely see him trying to escape after Sonny has Sidwell attacked.

Ironically, Sonny ordering the assault on Sidwell is kind of doing him a favor. Because it gets Sidwell sent to General Hospital. And that sets the stage for the inmate escape that our leaker said is coming. And Sonny’s attack also may be a motivating factor for Sidwell to escape. Because he knows if he goes back to Pentonville, then Sonny may try and have him attacked again.

Curtis may or may not suffer some injuries in the Pentonville attack. But this latest leak is about someone who’s injured, and it is somebody on staff at General Hospital, not somebody who’s an inmate, not somebody that works at Pentonville.

Lucas at Risk on GH

So, the person mentioned in this new leak is Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). And it could be that Sidwell’s breaking out of his room at General Hospital, and Lucas tries to stop Sidwell and then he attacks Lucas. Of course, he shouldn’t be one of the doctors working Sidwell’s case. Because that guy shot Lucas in the chest multiple times. And if not for the bulletproof vest, Sidwell would have murdered Lucas.

But I’m sure that Sidwell and Lucas are going to see each other while Sidwell is in General Hospital. And Lucas might even check over Sidwell’s scans and push to get the creep out of the hospital and sent back to Pentonville where he cannot hurt anybody. So, Lucas may be keeping a close eye on Sidwell. And of course, you know how much he and Lucas hate each other.

So we may see Sidwell reach out to some minions for help. I don’t know if he’s got any minions left. If we see shady dudes lurking around General Hospital, I would assume yes. Or Sidwell may just carry out this hospital jailbreak all on his own and it’s a crime of opportunity. And also next week, don’t forget we’ll hear more about the auction of Sidwell’s assets. That kicks off soon.

General Hospital: Sidwell Escapes for November Sweeps?

So, Sidwell may be upset about that. We could even see Sonny show up to taunt Sidwell at General Hospital. You know, maybe Sonny tells Sidwell he won’t survive the next attack once he’s back in Pentonville, which is even more reason for Sidwell to go ahead and escape. As for the timing of this, look for the 3rd week of October. That is a week before November Sweeps kicks off on the 29th. So, I already expected Sidwell’s escape and a manhunt would be big drama in Sweeps.

Then it turns out Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), who plays Britt, accidentally leaked some info when she posted a video and there was a script being tossed around. And if you froze the frame, you can see it’s for an episode airing October 21st. And it says that Lucas is hurt but conscious in General Hospital and is hooked up to an IV and he is talking to Britt.

So, in the little video she posted, Kelly Thiebaud was horsing around and Lucas, actor Van Hansis was messing around in her dressing room. It was really cute. So Lucas may be injured when Sidwell breaks out of General Hospital. You know, he may even take Lucas hostage. Because he still blames him for Marco’s death. So, I’m sure Sidwell would happily use Lucas as a meat shield to get out of GH and then he hurts him before Sidwell runs off.

Look for all this to kick off at the end of this week and to really pick up speed next week and then it carries over all the way into November sweeps which kicks off October 29th. And hopefully Curtis isn’t injured or if he is, it’s something minor. Sidwell’s reportedly hurt more seriously and then Lucas is as well.

The Bold and the Beautiful prepares as Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is plotting big moves while the Forresters think they’re about to do an end run and get the better of House of Logan.

But I kind of doubt it’s going to work out that way and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is going to be on fire about her little sister all over again. We’re going to talk about 5 huge moves that Katie could make soon that would absolutely blindside the Forresters.

Bold and the Beautiful: Katie Shocks Brooke

So, official fall spoilers for The Bold and the Beautiful confirm that Katie is making some shocking plans that totally horrify Brooke and enrage her. And from there, the war between Katie and Brooke is going to heat up. We have other The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers that say that Brooke thinks what Katie does next goes way too far and that it’s controversial.

So, first of all, I’ve been suspecting for quite a while that Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) might end up over at House of Logan. Despite how ticked off he is about Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) bailing on Forrester and Hope for the Future, it could happen. And based on what we’re seeing with Katie, Hope, and Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) this week, looks like it is finally time. Hope and Katie were just talking about Zende.

Hope said she’d reached out to him after she left, but Zende didn’t respond. And Deke was also saying Zende taught him a lot. Deke thinks Zende is an incredible designer. And Hope thinks Zende is unappreciated at Forrester Creations. Katie gets that because she, Eric Forrester (John McCook), and Hope were all not given their due. So, everybody at House of Logan is thinking about Zende and they want to find a way to get him over to Logan. So, Katie suggested Hope may have more luck if she has something more than an apology to offer Zende, like maybe a job.

Logan Recruits Zende on B&B

So, Hope does feel really bad about leaving Forrester and not being able to warn Zende. And Hope knows having all of Zende’s design work for Hope for the Future go down the drain is frustrating because Hope knows Zende really believed in Hope and her line. Meanwhile, as we predicted, R.J. Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) is really pushing Zende’s buttons. R.J. was criticizing Zende’s designs as if R.J. is the one with the expertise and seniority.

Plus, he ticked off Zende when R.J. called the line his and Electra’s line. Basically treating Zende like his junior designer, not somebody with years more experience. And when Zende questioned this, R.J. said, “Yeah, it’s my line with Electra.” Because I pitched it to Ridge. I knew R.J. was going to pull this. He’s not even treating Zende as his equal. R.J. wants Zende to answer to him like R.J.’s the boss. Zende’s angry and frustrated. So, Hope needs to reach out now.

I think Zende would likely rat out the super secret youth line to Hope and Katie because he may want to see R.J.’s line go down the toilet. Plus, he was telling Zende that the youth line is all about revenge on House of Logan. And Zende didn’t like that. He called R.J. petty because Zende wants to focus on design, not pettiness. So, it would be a coup if Katie hires Zende away from Forrester Creations. And that’ll tick Brooke off because she made Katie promise never to hire Forrester.

Bold and Beautiful: Katie Gets Daphne on Board

But that was before Brooke made a scene, smashed a monitor on the day of Hope’s launch and tried to assault Katie again. Second, speaking of recruiting people from Forrester and bringing them over to Logan, I think Katie might get a chance over the next few months to steal Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) away from the Forresters. Not now, but after Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor)’s dirty secret comes out. Because Daphne will be furious with Carter and Steffy.

There’s no way Daphne will continue collaborating with Forrester after that. So, Katie might offer Daphne to come over to House of Logan and get some revenge on Steffy and Carter by bringing a fragrance line there. Katie already has one fragrance line, but she would obviously jump at the chance to grab Daphne. And then Katie could tell her, “Look, Steffy used you. Carter did you wrong. I’ll give you a chance to get back at them.” And so Katie and Daphne could publicly blast Steffy and the Forresters for again treating people like garbage.

Logan’s New Youth Line on B&B

And another thing we may see is Katie may launch a youth line and set the debut to come out the day before R.J. and Electra’s youth line debuts. A sneak attack. The same kind of thing Katie did when she debuted Hope’s new line right before Eric’s couture line at Forrester was launching. I am expecting Zende to blab about the youth line to Katie, especially once he seals a deal to leave Forrester and come over to House of Logan. And I think that the Forresters are going to think they’re about to blindside them and then they get blindsided.

So, I was wondering if Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) might leak it, but I don’t even know if she knows about it because R.J. and Electra are keeping it secret even from people within Forrester Creations. So, Katie might offer Zende a youth line at Logan to compete head-to-head with R.J. and Electra’s youth line. They still need a face to represent it. And I can see Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) suggests they hire Dylan away from Forrester also and use her as the face and inspiration because she is gorgeous.

Katie would probably hate it, but I think Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), Hope, and Zende would agree that Dylan’s perfect and then pressure Katie into it. Dylan’s got that wholesome Midwest girl who came to LA looking for more in life vibe that might resonate with a youth market more than Electra and her born with a silver spoon privileged vibe.

Bold and the Beautiful: Katie Hits Back at Brooke Hard

Also, Katie has not forgotten that Brooke hit her in the face. So, Katie might slap back in Brooke’s face and launch a lingerie line. Katie doing a line like that would infuriate Brooke. And of course, you know, Ridge designs for Brooke’s bedroom, and the classic motto was Brooke’s bedroom or nothing at all. So, I’m wondering if Katie might do a play on that, like Logan lingerie for your bedroom as opposed to it being for Brooke, right? Kind of poking fun at Brooke’s motto. Or maybe Logan after dark, not just for the bedroom. With lingerie, you can wear for sexy fun or for a night out on the town, like slip dresses and camisoles, stuff like that. And that would be, of course, very personal. That would hit Brooke hard, especially if Katie is the face of the line.

We know Brooke’s furious and she thinks Katie keeps going too far and it could be a 1, 2, 3 punch of her hiring Zende, launching a youth line, and also launching a lingerie line. 1 last thing, we know Katie needs a new couture collection as a follow on to Eric’s couture line. So maybe Zende and Deke each have their own line. Zende has the youth line, Deke has the Hope line, and maybe the guys collab on an edgy, more interesting couture line. They might bring in Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) to be the muse on that.

Bold and Beautiful: Logan’s New Couture Line

The fact is Katie needs another designer to do couture, but the cast is so small, I don’t know if Brad Bell would hire somebody new. And don’t forget Zende worked closely with Eric and Ridge on couture even though ready to wear is his passion as Zende has said before. But he might like couture more if Zende had total creative control because before over at Forrester he was answering to Ridge and Eric and was kind of having to work off their aesthetic.

They both said Zende was very talented at couture and that was part of the reason Ridge made Zende the lead designer of Hope for the Future. That was before they found out Hope wasn’t coming back. So, if Katie winds up with Zende, that’s R.J. and Ridge’s fault. And if Daphne winds up over at House of Logan, that is Steffy and Carter’s fault. The youth line plot may be exposed because R.J. ticked off Zende. And Katie may launch a lingerie line after hearing about them planning revenge on her with this youth line. So, looks like it’s game on.

The Young and the Restless exciting new spoilers for next week look at what has Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) so aggravated and outraged. Plus, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) Abbott makes a threat when somebody crosses lines and gets too close to something she considers hers.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Diane’s Ready for War

All right, first let’s talk about Diane Jenkins and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) facing off. So by the end of this week, Diane is telling Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that everybody up at Jabot is buzzing about the launch of Vibrante. Diane says everyone’s energized and they are all stepping up their game to compete. But Jack doesn’t want tension.

However, Diane has other plans. She tells Jack she is going to crush Nikki, but she insists it is just business and it’s not personal. So Jack asks what his wife’s planning and Diane tells Jack that she’s launching a counter campaign against Nikki’s big launch of Vibrante. So Diane’s basically planning corporate sabotage.

While Jack’s not sure about this, Diane insists that Jabot has got to maintain its edge in the market. Diane says she’s going to make sure that Vibrante‘s Valentine’s Day debut is a Valentine’s Day massacre. Meanwhile, over at the new ranch, Nikki is showing Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) the potential Vibrante logo.

Y&R Spoilers: Nikki & Victor Talk Business

Nikki likes it. It’s a big letter V, but then she’s debating wanting a full Vibrante logo kind of in all caps. And Victor tells Nikki he’s impressed with all the work she got done in just a few days. You can do that with AI in like 5 minutes, but okay. So then Nikki asked Victor to promise not to use Vibrante to go after Jack and Victor just shrugs and says, “Yeah.”

So obviously that’s a red flag. Nikki thanks Victor for keeping his opinions to himself and says she feels like the family is finally bouncing back from all the horrible things that have happened to them. And they’re both really glad to have Nick back. He’s at work at Newman.

Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) then shows up and says she’s impressed with the Vibrante logo choices. And Nikki says she’s going to sleep on it and decide on the new company logo tomorrow. And then Victor starts asking where Victoria was because Victor called the office and guess what? She wasn’t there. So Victoria evades. She changes the subject and then she runs off after she gets a hookup text from Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Nikki is really excited about Nick. She’s excited about her new logo.

Young and Restless Spoilers: Nikki in For a Rude Awakening

But of course, Nikki has no idea about the chaos that is inevitably coming her way when Victoria and Kyle’s secret fling blows up. And Nikki’s also not going to appreciate that Diane’s planning a Jabot campaign aimed at sabotaging Vibrante‘s launch. And on that front, things are really heating up next week. We know that Diane is really annoyed that Jack’s offering to help Nikki by advising her on her launch. And Diane doesn’t get why Jack’s helping the competition, who also happens to be his ex-wife.

Diane’s not feeling heard and she keeps pushing back. And next week, Diane’s pushing back real hard when she runs into Nikki because that’s when Diane tells Nikki she is more than capable of defending what is hers. And Nikki asked Diane if they’re still talking about her company because she doesn’t think so. She thinks it’s about Jack. And Nikki says this is going to be a battle. So clearly next week Diane is done playing. The gloves are off. She feels like Nikki’s abusing her friendship with Jack. And Diane also thinks that Victor is up to something.

Y&R Spoilers: Matt Grills Kyle

Diane is certain that Victor will find a way to weaponize Vibrante against Jabot. So even if Jack wants peace, it’s not happening. Diane wants to take Nikki and Vibrante both down. Also at the end of this week, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) shows up at the Riverbank Motel to meet with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). And Phyllis finds him grilling Kyle Abbott. He wants to know why he’s at the motel. So Matt is shocked when he finds out Phyllis used to be Kyle’s mother-in-law. And Matt says everybody in Genoa City is related and it’s weird.

I agree. After Kyle takes off, Matt’s wondering if Kyle was there feeding an addiction, but Phyllis doesn’t think Kyle is there to get drugs at the motel. Phyllis suspects that Kyle might have been following Matt around, hoping to find Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). And of course, both of them are wrong. Kyle’s there to hook up with Victoria. And then Phyllis tells Matt that she talked to her son Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) about leaving town. And Phyllis said that Daniel told Phyllis he loves her and then says Daniel told her that she should not leave town because she would be missed.

Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Pleads with Matt

And if you remember, Matt asked Phyllis if she would leave Genoa City with him because she can run Arabesque from anywhere. Matt says that Daniel’s right that Phyllis should stay. And Matt promises to get out of Phyllis’s hair for good. But she asked Matt not to leave with Patty because Phyllis is legit afraid Matt’s going to get himself killed being around crazy Patty. However, Matt thinks it’s important to get Patty out of town and says that he can deal with her.

Phyllis says she’s going to miss Matt and then they hop in the sack for some frisky fun. And later, Phyllis asks Matt to please come back to town after he’s done dealing with Patty. But Matt thinks somebody is going to sweep Phyllis off her feet while he is gone out of town dealing with that. But she tells Matt that is not going to happen. And then Phyllis cuddles up and tells Matt that he makes her feel seen like nobody’s ever done before. They get frisky again. And then Phyllis nods off on Young and the Restless.

Young and Restless Spoilers: Matt Leaves Town?

And while she is asleep, Matt takes off. So when she wakes up, she sees Matt’s already gone, but he left his ball cap. So, Phyllis puts it on and then she says, “Till we meet again, Matt Clark.” While it looks like Matt’s gone based on official The Young and the Restless fall spoilers, I do not think Phyllis’s new boo is gone for good. And I also don’t think Patty’s going to go away quietly either.

I still expect Matt’s going to do something heroic. I think he will stop Patty and that’s how he gets his redemption, but I think that’s going to be for November sweeps. So then next week, Nick sees Phyllis talking to Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) up at the GCAC and Nick starts getting outraged and he’s asking Phyllis what was that about.

Y&R Spoilers: Billy & Sally’s Baby Name

Nick demands to know what Phyllis is up to and she pushes back on Nick because her conversation with Cane is none of his business. Also next week, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) sees Billy Abbott and Sally Spectra out to dinner at her restaurant Society. And Abby says she heard her uncle Billy and Sally are waiting to find out if they are going to have a boy or a girl. And Billy smiles and says, “Yeah.” But then Abby asks Billy, “You already know, don’t you?” Because he’s giving off a funny vibe. So I am super curious to see if Sally and Billy might have a little boy and they end up naming the child after his dad, John Abbott (Jerry Dougla).

If it’s a little girl, I don’t see Billy wanting to name their daughter after Jill Abbott (Jess Walton). But you never know. And Sally might do it anyway because she really likes Jill.
