Tim McGraw‘s daughter, Gracie, recently made a candid confession about Ozempic. Online, Gracie called the drug “one of the worst things” she’d ever done after revealing how it brought her back to a dark place in her life.

Gracie’s confession comes days after singer Ariana Grande revealed that she was planning to take a step away from the public eye at the end of her concert after comments about her body.

In her Instagram Stories, according to Page Six, Gracie detailed the challenges she faced while taking Ozempic, an injectable medication used to help manage blood sugar that also affects satiety, per the Cleveland Clinic. Elsewhere in her stories, the 29-year-old said one of the reasons she began using the drug in the first place was because of “skinny culture” being back at the forefront of celebrity culture.

“At that time I thought it was the best decision I ever made because I finally lost weight and got skinny,” she said. “As soon as I started shedding a few pounds, I noticed how people looked at me differently on the streets, in my friend groups and family, and in my own job. I got more opportunities when I lost weight than I ever have had in my life.”

Gracie went even further and revealed that while growing up, she was on the receiving end of very harsh comments. Not only did she have to deal with comments from people she knew, but Gracie also had to learn to deal with magazines and people on the internet commenting about her body. She said that one of the worst messages was when people told her she didn’t get as much attention because she “was the fat one” of her famous family.

Gracie said that she understands now that she was “too skinny” while using Ozempic. And to make matters worse, using the drug only drove her to create unhealthy habits. “All of a sudden skinny culture is back and I realized holy crap I have been feeding into my eating disorder this whole time under the guise of this miracle shot. I think it was probably one of the worst things I’ve ever done for myself, looking back,” she said.

Gracie Speaks About The Difference Between Having Concern And Body Shaming

As she finished, Gracie pointed to the growing conversation about celebrities and their bodies, saying that people having concern isn’t the same as body shaming. “Having concern for someone doesn’t also mean you can’t have empathy for their situation,” she said.

“But telling people to not speak on this is incredibly wrong and damaging. It’s promoting created thinness as [a] goal, not as danger. We are at a time when we need to be taking care of ourselves and our people,” she finished.

According to a previous report from The Blast, “Wicked” star Grande is taking a step away from the spotlight come September 2, 2026.

According to TMZ, an Embassy Suites employee in Georgia contacted police to report an alleged assault involving a juvenile. Officers responded to the hotel, where they spoke with the minor and the minor’s parents. The male later told police that something had happened involving Sidney Starr.

TMZ also reported that Starr told officers that a tall Black male approached them in the hotel lobby and called them “cute” before allegedly striking up a conversation. Starr then reportedly told investigators that the male claimed he was an adult before going to the hotel room with them. Police later arrested Starr in connection with the incident. During a pat-down, officers reportedly found one opened condom and another condom inside Sidney’s pocket.

As TSR previously reported, police arrested Sidney Starr in connection with allegations involving a minor on Sunday, August 2. Officers responded to a call at the Embassy Suites on 3450 International Boulevard before taking Starr into custody after investigating the incident. Following the arrest, Starr’s mugshot surfaced online after authorities booked them into the Fulton County Jail under the name Sidney Favors. Prosecutors have charged Starr with battery against a child, aggravated molestation, and sodomy. The Hapeville Police Department has also referred the case to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution. At this time, authorities have not said whether Starr could face additional charges.

After the arrest, Sidney Starr spoke exclusively with TMZ and denied the allegations. The ‘Baddies’ star said they intend to fight the charges and defend themselves through legal process. “I don’t think I need it,” she continued. “I do facial exercises and have the best facials from Mario Badescu and Georgia Louise. Peptides are very good. I take a few peptides. So that’s what I do. Patients and staff at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital in Rhyl, UK, were left alarmed after Leon Gillespie climbed onto the roof dressed as the “Grim Reaper” while carrying what appeared to be a large scythe. According to a post shared by Fact Philes on Instagram, Gillespie later claimed he had not been dressed as the “Grim Reaper” at all, insisting he was portraying a crow. The court nevertheless fined him over the incident and also penalized him for separate theft offenses involving cat food and kitty litter.

Dorit also showed a message from Kyle on camera, where Kyle wrote that it “bothers” her to be in a “weird place” with Dorit.

“They don’t even know we are going through a hard time so I don’t see the need to bring it up there,” the message continued. “I should have said something sooner but I honestly haven’t been strong enough. But relationships and YOU are more important to me than RHOBH.”

The tension between Kyle and Dorit carried over to season 14, as Kyle expressed that she was unhappy with Dorit for sharing their private messages.

“I didn’t have it in me to deal with it because I had so many things on my plate,” Kyle said during the premiere episode in 2025, noting that she was “shocked” when Dorit read their text message during the season 13 reunion. “She tried to publicly embarrass me.”

Kyle also shared that she was still in touch with PK, which upset Dorit. Kyle broke down in tears over the situation after being confronted by Dorit.

“I’m f***ing leaving,” an emotional Kyle told Dorit. “Please, OK. I love you and PK and your kids and you know that. I know that you know that. I’ve been made to feel like I did something wrong — sending a text to PK. So, I said I’m gonna read this once and that is it.”

When RHOBH returned for season 15 — which included a blowout fight during a cast trip to Italy — Kyle and Dorit found themselves not on speaking terms.

Gloss Up Shares A Major Recovery Update Just 23 Days After Her Car Accident

On Tuesday, Gloss Up took to Instagram to share an incredible update on her recovery. The rapper rolled in, sitting in a wheelchair, then stood up on her own and showed movement in her legs. The video included the text, “First Time Walking On My Own. Day 23.” In the caption, Gloss Up thanked God as she celebrated the milestone, writing:

“Day 23. I woke up today and decided to try to walk… & I did it. Considering I have a rod and screws in my leg, I’ll take it. I’m so happy. Thank You, God.”

Many gathered under The Shade Room’s post to celebrate Gloss Up’s major recovery milestone. Supporters flooded the comments with love, encouragement, and prayers. Others shared concern for her recovery. Many urged Gloss Up not to rush the healing process.

Gloss Up Responds To Concerns About Her Recovery While Balancing Mommy Duties

The rapper later took to her Instagram Story to share more videos from her recovery. In one clip, she was even seen dancing to ‘You The Boss’ by Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj. She captioned the video, “Almost Back At 100%.” Gloss Up also shared photos of the stitches on her leg as she continued documenting her healing journey.

She later reassured supporters that she is following her doctors’ instructions, writing, “I appreciate everyone caring about me, but my doctor has cleared me since I left the hospital to start putting weight on my leg. That’s why they sent me home with nothing but crutches. I have a rod in my leg, and it is very secure. I’m following my medical advice and taking my recovery very seriously.”

Despite still working to regain her strength, Gloss Up didn’t let the injury stop her from celebrating an important milestone. Over on Facebook, she shared photos of herself sending her son off to kindergarten, writing, “Handicap & All Mommy Did It. Kindergarten. Lets Go My Mr. Wigglessssss. Prayers To My Baby For A Blessed School Year.”

‘Dune: Part Two’ (2024)

Frank Herbert‘s Dune is far more than just a great space opera: It’s nothing short of one of the greatest and most influential science fiction novels of the 20th century, and as such, fans’ jaws were left on the floor when Denis Villeneuve proved capable of delivering such a high-quality film adaptation in 2021. But as great as the first Dune was, it’s Dune: Part Two that will likely be remembered as one of the best sci-fi films in history a few decades from now.

It is, at the very least, one of the best sci-fi movies of the last 10 years, one whose grand quest across the desert planet of Arrakis also makes it a masterful adventure film. Visually stunning, elevated greatly by Hans Zimmer‘s best score in years, and perfect in how it translates Herbert’s cautionary tale against the dangers of charismatic messianic leaders, it’s a flawless marriage between Herbert’s imagination and Villeneuve’s powerful vision.

‘Spirited Away’ (2001)

Hayao Miyazaki is not only the poster boy of Studio Ghibli, but arguably the king of anime filmmaking as a whole. He has made several of the best animated adventure movies of all time, but there’s really no question as to which one is the best of them all: It has to be Spirited Away, one of the best family movies since 2000 and probably even the single greatest animated film of the 21st century.

It’s one of the most hauntingly atmospheric, visually gorgeous, and thematically complex animated adventure movies of all time. Far more than just a simple coming-of-age story, it’s a technically perfect and wonderfully-directed gem elevated by some of the strongest world-building and character development ever seen in an animated film.

‘The Wages of Fear’ (1953)

The French-Italian masterpiece The Wages of Fear, directed Henri-Georges Clouzot, is no traditional adventure movie. It’s one of the most intense movies of the 1950s, a high-octane road thriller that’s an absolute masterpiece in how to build suspense. Anybody who loves adventure films at their most tense ought to consider Wages of Fear essential viewing.

What really sets the film apart is that aside from being nail-bitingly entertaining, it also has a philosophical edge not often seen in adventure blockbusters. Blending perfectly-paced action with biting satire, it’s an existentialist meditation on capitalist exploitation that has aged like fine wine in virtually every sense imaginable.

If adventure has a name, it must be Indiana Jones, because there is no adventure movie that represents the genre more iconically than Steven Spielberg‘s Raiders of the Lost Ark. Back when George Lucas released Star Wars in 1977, it’s anyone’s guess whether he had any idea of the multimedia pop-cultural behemoth that he was creating. Tied with Ben-Hur and Titanic as the most Oscar-winning motion picture in history (with a whopping 11 victories), Peter Jackson‘s The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King is not only the perfect way of ending such a perfect fantasy movie trilogy, but also far and away one of the best adventure movies since 2000. Fans of J. R. R. Tolkien‘s source material couldn’t have possibly predicted that a film adaptation could work this well.

Perfection when it comes to all forms of art is, of course, a highly subjective thing. Exciting, emotional, action-packed, creative, and perfectly written and directed from beginning to credits, it’s one of the greatest epics in the history of cinema.

‘2001: A Space Odyssey’ (1968)

Stanley Kubrick is still regarded by many as the greatest filmmaker in history, and all it takes is one look at 2001: A Space Odyssey to understand why. It’s probably Kubrick’s greatest masterpiece, a space opera so beautifully poetic and slow-burning that it almost borders on being arthouse. Complex, philosophical, and wonderfully artistic, it’s a must-see for anyone and everyone who loves sci-fi adventures.

There’s something here for pretty much everyone: Exciting set pieces, introspective moments of thematic exploration, wonderful music, striking production values, and several mind-bending moments that make re-watches pretty much obligatory. It’s one of the most complete and well-rounded explorations of human nature that either the sci-fi or adventure genres have ever produced for the big screen.

‘Lawrence of Arabia’ (1962)

There’s a very strong argument to be made that David Lean was the greatest director of cinematic epics in history, and as proof, there’s also a very strong argument to make that Lawrence of Arabia is the greatest epic film of all time. It is, at least, one of the best movie masterpieces of the last 100 years, a war biopic unlike anything else that cinema had seen before or has seen since.

What makes Lawrence of Arabia such an elegantly unique adventure movie is that while its four-hour-long narrative is undeniably vast in scale, its scope is so surprisingly intimate and character-driven that those four hours end up feeling like much less. There are grand, thrilling, masterfully-produced combat set pieces here, but also a richly detailed exploration of T. E. Lawrence‘s psyche flawlessly anchored by Peter O’Toole‘s exceptional debut as a leading man.
