NASCAR Shares Emotional Daytona 500 Tribute to Late Driver Greg Biffle
NASCAR is honoring the late former driver Greg Biffle two months after he died in a plane crash.
The three-minute tribute aired via FOX on Sunday, February 15, during the live Daytona 500 coverage, with Biffle’s loved ones sharing memories of their friend, coworker and family member.
“Greg Biffle was the most talented guy I’ve ever worked with. He had speed, he was fearless, he was smart … He never found himself in a situation that he didn’t think he could win. He always got the most out of the car and that’s the ultimate driver,” Doug Yates, CEO of Roush Yates Engines, said in the video.
“He had supreme confidence in himself,” Biffle’s Roush Racing teammate Jeff Bourton added. “He would put his car in places that others wouldn’t.”
Fellow teammate Matt Kenseth noted, “He was a fierce driver. Winning was above everything else.”
Biffle’s niece, Jordyn, went on to recall how her uncle gave back after the devastation of Hurricane Helene in 2024.
“His instinct was, ‘We can get in the helicopter and we can go look. Let’s try to see what the situation looks like and what we can do to help,’” she recalled, while friend Cleetus McFarland added, “He paid for all the fuel that went into my helicopter, he was the one who gathered the supplies at first. He was going above and beyond just one guy in a helicopter.”
While Jordyn shared that racing was a “huge piece” of Biffle’s life, she noted that “helping people hands down is where he found a lot of joy.”
News broke in December 2025 that a plane belonging to Biffle crashed and burst into flames shortly after takeoff at the Statesville Regional Airport in North Carolina.
“At approximately 10:15 am, an aircraft crashed while landing,” airport officials told The Charlotte Observer in a statement on Thursday. “Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is en route and will investigate the incident.”
While the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office confirmed there were fatalities at the crash but didn’t reveal further details, the Biffle’s family friend shared that the athlete and his family were part of the seven people on board who died. (Biffle was married to wife Cristina, with whom he shared daughter Emma, 14, and son Ryder, 5.)
“Unfortunately, I can confirm Greg Biffle, his wife Cristina, daughter Emma and son Ryder were on that plane … because they were on their way to spend the afternoon with us,” Garrett Mitchell shared via Facebook. “We are devastated. I’m so sorry to share this.”
Earlier this month, a preliminary investigation from the National Transportation Safety Board determined that Biffle was not at the controls when his plane crashed. Retired pilot Dennis Dutton was flying the plane and his son, Jack Dutton, was his co-pilot, according to the NTSB’s report, released in January.
The report claimed that Dennis was licensed to fly the Cessna 550 aircraft, provided he had a qualified co-pilot. Jack, meanwhile, was not qualified. The report noted that Dennis was flying the plane when it took off before temporarily handing the controls to his son and then taking them back as he tried to land the aircraft.
After discovering a malfunction with the altimeter and determining the “left side flight instruments may not have been working properly,” they tried to return to the airport.
“Both engines remained attached to the pylon structures and both thrust reversers were found in the stowed position,” the report continued. “There was no evidence of uncontained engine failure with either engine.”
As the plane tried to land, the aircraft struck trees and light stanchions outside of the airport. The plane then went through a fence that separates the airport from the main road. The exact cause of the crash is still under investigation.

America’s Next Top Model’s Miss J Alexander Suffered Debilitating Stroke
Former America’s Next Top Model judge Miss J Alexander revealed he still can’t walk after suffering a debilitating stroke that left him comatose.
In Netflix’s Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model docuseries, streaming now, Miss J, 67, discussed his time on the show with Tyra Banks, Nigel Barker and Jay Manuel. It wasn’t until the final minutes of the three-part special that Miss J opened up about a health scare he battled away from the public eye.
“Everything changed. On December 27th of 2022, I had a stroke,” he revealed. “I didn’t know where I was other than in the hospital. I spent five weeks in a coma and I couldn’t walk and I couldn’t talk. And I thought to myself, what was I going to do?”
Miss J’s personal footage from his hospital room revealed he lived there for at least “one year and five months” because he “couldn’t walk and couldn’t speak.”
“It was emotional. I cried. I am not ashamed to say that I cried. Then once I was in the hospital, Jay and Niguel came to visit,” he recalled. “I thought back to how we used to do shows together. I cry because I just miss them so much.”
America’s Next Top Model, a competition series where aspiring models competed for a chance to begin their career in the modeling industry, aired from 2003 to 2018 on several networks. Banks hosted the show, while Jay served as the creative director and Miss J and Nigel, both 53, served as judges.
The trio remained on good terms after they were fired, and according to Miss J properly reconnected amid his severe health scare.

“I don’t know whether he even wanted me to see him that way. I was going to go see him. That was just such a terrible shock and really upsetting and horrifying and scary,” Nigel said in the Netflix doc. “When he saw me, he was happy to see me and the two of us cried together and I held him.”
Jay, meanwhile, said Miss J initially struggled, adding, “I could feel how upset he was for sure. I can only imagine where he was in his mind.”
Miss J was asked whether Tyra, 52, visited him in the hospital after his stroke. (Tyra was interviewed for the docuseries but no footage of her discussing Miss J’s health issues was included in the final cut.)
“No, not yet. She just sent me a text that she wants to come and visit me,” Miss J replied. “But no … not yet.”
In the docuseries, Jay, Miss J and Nigel were seen spending time together between filming. Jay and Nigel comforted Miss J, who was still emotional about being in a wheelchair, which the viewers didn’t see until the end of Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model.
“It has been a journey and you’re speaking so much better now,” Jay said, to which Nigel added, “You are batting through. When we first saw you in that hospital, you could hardly move, hardly talk. Now you’re sitting up doing an interview, chatting, talking, rolling your eyes and making us laugh.”
Nigel continued: “It is a long journey but you are going to get there. I know it has been really hard.”
In his own confessional, Miss J discussed his progress, saying, “I miss being the queen of the runway. I am the person who taught models how to walk and now I can’t walk. Not yet. I am determined to walk. I am sure you are going to see me again. It’s not over for me yet.”
Reality Check: Inside America’s Next Top Model is currently streaming on Netflix.

Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka Engaged to Girlfriend After 2 Years of Dating
Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka is engaged!
The season 14 Bachelor, 48, is set to wed his girlfriend of two years, Aimee, he revealed to People in an interview published on Saturday, February 14.
Jake and Aimee matched on dating app Bumble in January 2024. Jake popped the question to Aimee at their home in Dallas, Texas, on November 22, 2025, he said.
“We went and had a great dinner and laughed and had champagne,” Jake told People. “Then we took an Uber back to our apartment. I had rose petals on the ground and a table set up with candles. We walked in the apartment and she was like, ‘What’s going on here? Did somebody break into our apartment?’ She was looking at a table trying to figure out how a candle got lit.”
“When she turned around, I was down on one knee with a really pretty ring, and I asked her to marry me,” Jake said. “She kind of gasped and then muttered yes. It was sweet and intimate. I definitely made the right choice keeping it private. It was a really special moment.”
Jake admitted to having some frayed nerves before he proposed to Aimee.
“We live in a high-rise in Dallas, so on the way to dinner, I walked Aimee to the elevator and then I said, ‘Oh, my gosh, I forgot something. I got to run back to the apartment real quick,’” the former reality star said. “I frantically ripped a bag of rose petals open, I pulled the table away from the wall and set a battery-operated candle on there. I sprinkled the roses everywhere and decorated real quick, got back to the elevator and she was like, ‘What did you forget?’ I was like, ‘I needed to get a drink of water.’ I couldn’t even think of a good lie.”
The former pilot previously gushed about meeting Aimee on Bumble in an October 2024 interview on the “Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous” podcast.
“We matched in, like, the 15 minutes I turned it on,” he said of swiping right after a flight from his Dallas home base to Santa Barbara, California. “I said, ‘I’m not looking for a long-distance relationship’ and she said something kind of fun, like, ‘Well, you couldn’t handle it anyway.’ I was like, ‘Oh, OK.’ This is probably the girl. She’s so wonderful.”
Jake first appeared on screens during Jillian Harris’ season of The Bachelorette in 2009. He was the star of The Bachelor season 14 the following year. Jake proposed to Vienna Girardi in the season finale, which aired in March 2010, however, the couple went their separate ways by June that same year.
The exes had a tense showdown during a July 2010 episode of The Bachelorette as then-host Chris Harrison sat down with the pair to discuss what went wrong.
“When we were at home [it was] lonely,” Girardi said at the time. “I just wanted him to be around me and talk to me and kiss me like a normal relationship. My impression was that you were a pilot and we would go back to Dallas and live a normal life. All of a sudden, you were in LA and you were pursuing an acting career.”

14 Best Action Movies on Prime Video Right Now (February 2026)
Bruce Willis‘ 1988 action movie (which also doubles as a Christmas movie, for when that season comes around) is one of his most beloved, and with good reason. Directed by John McTiernan and based on a novel by Roderick Thorp, the film follows NYPD detective John McClane (Willis), who becomes embroiled in a terrorist takeover of Nakatomi Plaza in Los Angeles during a Christmas party. As the terrorists, led by the charismatic and ruthless Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman), take hostages and orchestrate their plan, McClane uses his wit, tenacity, and cunning to thwart their efforts single-handedly.
It’s one (relatively) ordinary man against a powerful terrorist organization in this groundbreaking thriller, and McClane takes plenty of hits as he attempts to save the civilians. But his resilience and determination to beat the odds are what make him such an exciting protagonist. Die Hard blends suspense, comedy (“Welcome to the party, pal”) and explosive action. Willis performed many of his own stunts in this thrilling movie, so if you’re a fan of the actor, don’t miss him in the role he’s still best remembered for.
Die Hard is streaming on Prime Video.

Kim Kardashian’s Daughter Set For Her Own Fashion Empire
Kim Kardashian‘s daughter is already stepping up her game in the industry.
Walking in her mom’s steps, North West would be launching a fashion brand under her own unique trademark. The celebrity kid has shaken the internet over time with her dressing, and in true celebrity spirit, let trolls and critics roll off her shoulders.
Kim Kardashian’s daughter might just be making steps to become a Jack of all trades, as she is already making a name for herself in the music industry, like her dad. Now she is having a taste of business, delving into the world of fashion, like her mom, with her popular brand, SKIMS.

Kim Kardashian’s Daughter Has A New Business Venture

Kardashian’s eldest daughter, North, has piqued interest in the fashion world and will be launching her own clothing and jewelry line soon. The line, named “NOR11,” will have a large variety of goods and services, from clothes to shoes and accessories.
The mother of four is supporting her pre-teens’ ideas and visions and has submitted three trademark applications for the brand. The application was submitted by KimYe’s Kid Inc. to the U.S. Trade and Patent Office. The U.S. Sun shared insight into the details of the trademark applications.

One was for clothing and accessories, like dresses, footwear, hats, and stockings, and the other was for watches and jewelry, such as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and rings. The third trademark application was for a variety of bags, for example, handbags, wallets, and cosmetic cases.
Although the company name, KimYe’s Kid Inc, indirectly implies that Kim and her ex-husband, Kanye, are both the owners, it seems that the artist’s hands are off the company because the State of California records show that Kardashian is listed as the only officer.

What Is North West’s Creative Brand Name?
The 12-year-old’s line “NOR11” follows the trend of her parents’ names for their respective brands SKIMS and Yeezy, as they made sure they reflect their legal names. “NOR11” is probably from the first three letters of North’s first name, and her age when she came up with the concept.
It is not far-fetched that North is riding on the family’s clever name styles. Her mom incorporated part of her name in her shapewear brand, and her initials in her skincare line and private equity firm, SKKN and SKKY Partners.
Her dad, Kanye West, now officially known as Ye, also branched out of music, taking a dig into fashion. His multi-million dollar empire centers around his Yeezy brand, which is an homage to his nickname, “Yeezus.”

Items from North’s line have already been sighted in public. In December, the celebrity kid was captured with her friends wearing black hats with the ‘NOR11’ logo.

The Reality TV Star Is Also Expanding Her Brand

Kardashian’s ways of advancing in her multiple careers clearly spell that she is not putting all her eggs in one basket. The fashionista recently announced that she would be advancing to the next frontier for her brand.
To be introduced still under the SKIMS banner, some new products are in the works, reigniting her flair for beauty and fragrance. The Blast reported that the business mogul shared that the collection will feature a signature scent, which she described as “my next baby.”
Her merchandise has grown, collaborating with top brands such as Fendi, designing shapewear, lingerie, swimwear, and more, and recently with Nike to design its first-ever footwear, which is a slimmed-down take on the Air Rift.
SKIMS also became the official underwear of Team USA at the Summer Olympics in 2021. The brand has stepped up on the growing curve with a current value of about $5 billion.

The 12-Year-Old Has Raised Eyebrows With Her Fashion Choices
North recently stepped out with a group of friends while shopping at Alexander Wang in Soho, New York City, rocking a bright, long neon blue wig. Her outfit featured a $795 baggy Balenciaga t-shirt and oversized sweatpants with a pair of furry black winter boots.
Photos uploaded by TMZ also show her friends rocking similar styles with bold colored wigs and facial piercings. The clique left the store with shopping bags full of goodies.
North has come under heat online for the finger piercing she got last year. Many questioned her mom’s parenting, stating that she was too young to be allowed such an extent of body modifications.
Another notable media war raged after she was photographed in Rome while on vacation in a push-up corset and mini skirt with platform heels. Fans stressed that her choice of clothes was not age-appropriate.

Kim Kardashian’s Daughter Goes On With Wild Fashion Expressions
Kardashian explained shortly after the sensation surrounding her daughter’s outfits that she allows North to experiment with clothes and views dressing as a means to be expressive. “She wanted to try something her friends were wearing,” the mother of four explained.
The Blast shared that North showed off more finger piercings after the criticism skyrocketed. She also made a post, echoing that she cared less about what others had to say concerning her accessories and outfits.
In a video she posted on December 9, the young artist wrote, “This is for everyone mad over a finger piercing,” while lip-syncing to an audio that said, “Why are you crying? How old are you? Just pull it together.”
The celebrity kid also released a song, “Piercing on my hand,” which she performed during her father’s show in Mexico.

Celtics’ Jaylen Brown Blasts Beverly Hills After Cops Shut Down All-Star’s Event

Cops Shut Down All-Star’s Event
… ‘Beverly Hills Is So Trash!’
Published
Jaylen Brown says Beverly Hills screwed up — and he’s not staying quiet about it.
Beverly Hills police shut down his All-Star Weekend panel event on Saturday night, and the Celtics star isn’t holding back … going scorched earth on the city following Sunday’s All-Star Game festivities.
“Beverly Hills is so trash,” Brown posted to X. “I’m offended had a great panel about the future of culture with great guest people worked hard for this how dare yall.”
He then tagged the city’s police department … saying “300k down the drain.”
300k down the drain @BeverlyHillsPD
— Jaylen Brown (@FCHWPO) February 16, 2026
@FCHWPO
It wasn’t the first time Brown — who started for runner-up Team USA Stripes in the All-Star Game — went in on Bev Hills this weekend … after organizers suggested he applied for a permit, was denied, and moved forward anyway.
He says that version is flat-out wrong.
“I’m offended by Beverly Hills by the statement they put out, like we applied for something and didn’t get it, and we did it anyway (and) we were insubordinate,” Brown said. “I know how to follow the rules. I’m smart enough to follow the guidelines.”
Brown says the event — for his performance brand, 741, and hosted at a private residence owned by Oakley founder Jim Jannard, didn’t require a permit at all.
“I didn’t have to pay for the house or anything,” he said. “They just opened it up. I had to pay for the build-out, but it was hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted for an event that was supposed to be positive.”
According to Brown, the shutdown didn’t add up — especially given the timing.
“It was 7 PM It wasn’t 10 PM, it wasn’t 11 PM, it wasn’t midnight,” he said. “(It was) 7 PM … We’re doing a panel. We’re doing stuff that’s positive. There was nobody that was inconvenienced.”
He also pointed out that other All-Star activations appeared to go off without a hitch.
The Beverly Hills Police Department has maintained the event lacked proper approval — but Brown clearly believes something else was at play.
And he’s not letting the city have the final word.

Nick Viall Faces Heat Over Podcast As Insider Claims Mount
For years, Nick Viall has positioned himself as podcasting’s blunt truth-teller and the former reality TV villain who turned heartbreak into a booming media empire.
However, as his podcast “The Viall Files” continues to dominate downloads and land major celebrity guests, a wave of insider criticism is threatening to chip away at that polished brand.
From accusations of hypocrisy to backlash over deeply personal interview questions, Nick’s carefully constructed platform is facing one of its most uncomfortable moments yet.

Inside Nick Viall’s Rise From Reality TV Runner-Up To Podcast Mogul

Before the podcast empire, there was “Bachelor Nation.” Nick Viall first appeared on “The Bachelorette” in 2014, competing for Andi Dorfman’s heart.
He made it to the finale but lost to Josh Murray. He returned the following season for Kaitlyn Bristowe, only to finish second again, with winner Shawn Booth calling him arrogant, cocky, and manipulative on camera.
His redemption arc began on “Bachelor in Paradise,” eventually leading to his starring role as “The Bachelor” in 2017.
After proposing to Vanessa Grimaldi, the relationship ended less than a year later.
By 2019, Nick pivoted. He launched “The Viall Files,” offering dating advice and recapping reality TV drama.

The show exploded in popularity, amassing more than 250 million downloads worldwide. In 2024, he expanded further, launching Envy Media and building a podcast network.
A four-year Libsyn deal reportedly worth $30 million cemented his status as a major player in the audio media industry. However, as his business grew, so did scrutiny.

Nick And Natalie Joy Face Fallout Over Austen Kroll Interview
The most recent uproar stemmed from a January 7 episode featuring “Southern Charm” star Austen Kroll.
During the interview, the conversation shifted unexpectedly to the childhood death of Kroll’s sister, Kyle, who lost her life after falling from a cliff during a family hike.
Nick Viall’s wife, Natalie Joy Viall, asked Kroll, “What was this cliff?” The moment left listeners unsettled.
Kroll appeared visibly uncomfortable before responding, “I won’t even say the name of the town.”
The YouTube backlash was swift. One top comment read, “Natalie, that was the most unprofessional and rude segway [sic] into a question about his sister I’ve ever seen. Extremely insensitive.”

Another listener wrote, “You guys could not be more careless with your words. Austen was so kind as you both were so careless and flippant about his grief.”
A third comment was even harsher, calling them “TERRIBLE PEOPLE.” Despite the criticism, neither Nick nor Natalie issued a formal apology.

Nick Viall’s Co-Host Under Fire As Critics Question Qualifications

Natalie, who began dating Nick when she was 20 and he was 38, has increasingly become a lightning rod for criticism.
The couple married and welcomed their daughter, River Rose Viall, in February 2024.
Still, insiders describe her as having “no qualifications” and lacking the empathy required for difficult interviews.
Pop culture commentator Jordy Cray told the Daily Mail exclusively, “For me, I just don’t think they’re that knowledgeable about the subjects they choose to bring on to their platform.”
He continued, “I mean, they have very impressive guests, but I don’t think they are well versed in whatever they’re discussing, and I don’t think that they’re equipped to handle the empathy that’s required in certain conversations.”
Josh Banfield offered a more measured take. “I am reluctant to buy into the narrative that the woman ruined everything,” he said.
However, he suggested that when Natalie joined permanently, it appeared as if she had no qualifications or understanding of how to talk about these things in an empathetic way.

Nick’s Pattern Of Controversy Extends Beyond One Episode

This is not the first time “The Viall Files” has faced backlash. In December 2025, Nick Viall and his wife were accused of “mom-shaming” Whitney Leavitt after questioning how she would balance motherhood with a Broadway role in Chicago.
Natalie asked, “She just did Dancing With the Stars for three or four months. She has kids on a school level – maybe they are homeschooled. I don’t know. To shift to Chicago in New York, that takes so much of her time. How is she managing being a mom?”
She continued, “How is she managing, prioritizing being a mom and her kids who I imagine have some sort of schedule and routine? And I know their home base was Utah… I’m just so curious.”
Listeners accused the pair of applying a double standard, suggesting a father might not face similar questioning. No public apology followed.
During a reunion special, he defended his questioning by saying the “perceived lack of accountability of Whitney is something that I wanted to have a chance to address with her.”
Meanwhile, Nick has built much of his reputation on pressing guests hard. When Tom Sandoval appeared following his cheating scandal, the podcast host made clear he intended to hold him accountable.

Nick Viall’s Accountability Brand Now Faces Hypocrisy Claims

The tension between brand and behavior is what critics say fuels the backlash.
Midori Collusion, who has about 10,200 followers on TikTok, argued, “In my view, it’s the hypocrisy that has rubbed people the wrong way.”
She noted that Nick frequently dispenses life and relationship advice, often urging callers to take responsibility.
“They are creating and monetizing content based on the difficult moments in other peoples’ lives, and holding themselves out as authorities on human relationships, and yet they don’t seem to practice what they preach,” she said.
Cray was even more blunt. “I think that the saddest part about all this is that I don’t think Nick or Natalie even care about the backlash, because all they care about is numbers at this point,” he said, suggesting controversy may simply drive more traffic.

Legal Fight Over Controversial Platform (WATCH)
“Down Low” Whisperer Naquan Palmer has come under fire amid reported “protective orders, harassment allegations, and criminal investigations.” Palmer built a following by coaching women and exposing “down low” men. He reportedly did so through viral livestream and reaction videos where he broke down male behavior. But now it appears he’s become the target of negative attention.
What’s really going on with the “Down Low” Whisperer Naquan Palmer?
Well, The Shade Room’s Justin Carter is sharing some insight on ‘TSR Investigates.’
More On The Harassment Allegations Against The “Down Low” Whisperer, Naquan Palmer
According to Carter, the DL Whispherer initially rose to virality by dishing on his “loverboy” escapades and relationships with men. Per Carter, Palmer shares his tips for women for hours on end via TikTok. In turn, many women have shared their public support of him. However, his videos, which sometimes highlight certain high-profile men and content creators in particular, have sparked backlash.
“You’re telling me that a n***a that was born a man… and wants to be a girl knows what a real n***a is thinking? Knows how real n****s is supposed to move? And how real n****s is supposed to feel? You didn’t even give yourself a chance to be a man,” Steve Da Stoner told viewers in reaction to Palmer.
