Grammys night was meant to honor Ozzy Osbourne‘s towering legacy, but when cameras settled on his grieving family, a different conversation took hold.

Viewers could not ignore how strikingly slender Kelly Osbourne appeared beside her mother, Sharon, and brother Jack.

In a moment meant for remembrance, concern over her dramatic transformation quietly stole focus.

As the In Memoriam tribute unfolded inside the arena, Kelly Osbourne stood visibly emotional, her petite frame trembling in a sleeveless black gown.

Her arms, dramatically thinner than many remembered, quickly became the subject of whispers among fans and industry insiders alike.

Though Kelly Osbourne has long spoken about losing 85 pounds following gastric sleeve surgery in 2018 and has firmly denied using Ozempic, her appearance that evening left even longtime acquaintances unsettled.

A source who saw her at the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party told the Daily Mail, “She looks even skinnier in person; it was scary. It just does not look normal. I have known her for years, and she has never looked like this before, not even close.”

The insider continued, “The first thing I noticed is how her face looks hollow, making her cheekbones stand out. When she talks, it looks different, like weird. She is gorgeous, but being that thin is hard.”

According to the same source, “everyone was talking about her appearance,” wondering “how much she weighs or if she was in danger.”

The insider added bluntly, “I don’t think God intended people to be that thin.”

Those closest to Kelly Osbourne are said to be aware of the chatter, even if no formal steps have been taken.

A second source told the Daily Mail that “nobody near her is looking to provide an intervention, but people have noticed and are monitoring it.”

The same source explained, “Kelly is definitely not concerned with how she looks and would tell anyone that would bring it up to her to go screw off, but she does get upset over people talking about it.”

They added, “She is very skinny. She has been working on her weight her entire life and the stress of her dad passing away has been a major struggle to deal with that is taking a toll on her look and health.”

Despite concerns, insiders insist her personality remains intact. The second source noted, “It is jarring seeing her, but friends and family still see that she is still her animated and jokey self. She loves being a mom, and she has a zest for life, so once you start talking to her, her appearance goes away. But when you see her at first, you definitely notice the weight loss to be a bit extreme.”

Kelly Osbourne’s complicated relationship with weight stretches back to her teenage years on “The Osbournes.”

Last year on “The Osbournes” podcast, she recalled a painful industry moment, noting, “I got pulled into the head of the agency’s office and he … gave me a whole speech about how I was too fat for TV and I needed to lose weight, and that if I lost weight, I would look better.”

She continued, “And he was just saying, ‘You’re not a movie star, but you could be one if you lost weight.’”

Her journey since has been anything but simple. After undergoing gastric sleeve surgery in 2018, she described it as “the best thing I have ever done,” crediting surgery, disciplined eating, and intense workouts for her transformation.

Pregnancy later brought its own challenges. Expecting son Sidney in 2022, Kelly gained around 100 pounds and developed gestational diabetes, later stepping back from the spotlight.

According to the second source, “She has told people that she got skinnier for her kid. She wants to be around for her kid and play and be with her kid for a long time, and now that she lost her dad, she sees that being something even more important.”

The insider added, “She doesn’t want to be the weight she used to be, and she is going to do whatever she needs to do to stay skinny.”

Speculation about weight-loss medications has only intensified scrutiny. Kelly Osbourne has repeatedly denied using Ozempic, telling Extra, “I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from. My mom took Ozempic.”

Comparisons to Sharon Osbourne have further fueled the conversation. The first source remarked, “Kelly looks much skinnier than her mom, Sharon.”

Sharon herself has been candid about her experience with the medication. After initially praising the results, she later admitted regret.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Sharon said she has not regained weight lost while taking the drug and feels “frustrated” by the lingering effects.

Former “America’s Next Top Model” (ANTM) judge Jay Manuel is addressing fans head-on and calling out the release of the Netflix docuseries, “Reality Check.”

According to several reports from The Blast, “Reality Check” takes viewers behind the scenes of what really happened on the set of one of the 2000s most iconic reality TV shows, “America’s Next Top Model.”

The docuseries explores some of the ‘ANTM’s’ biggest controversies and questions the production’s place in pop culture history.

Manuel shared an image of himself and Banks posing together on the set of “ANTM” before cycle one. Manuel captioned the photo: “A reminder of how things were with Tyra just weeks before we began filming Cycle One of America’s Next Top Model.”

Manuel provided some backstory for the photo, explaining that he wanted to give viewers a glimpse into his mindset at the time. He added, “This image of Tyra and me captures a moment when I was full of enthusiasm, optimism, and completely ready to take on this new challenge.”

Continuing in the post, Manuel said that nobody involved in the behind-the-scenes production of “America’s Next Top Model” could have “predicted what this project would become or the global impact it would have.”

In the docuseries, Manuel speaks openly with producers about his strained relationship with Banks, according to The Blast.

In a recent Instagram post, Manuel reflected on how he once “admired Tyra for being a superstar model and breaking barriers she shattered in the fashion industry.”

As he continued, Manuel said that while the “Reality Check” docuseries will offer watchers an “in-depth look at many perspectives,” it’s important to acknowledge that everyone had a different experience on the show.

“Everyone involved with ANTM had their own journey with this show—and their own truth,” he added. “We need to honor everyone’s truth.”

Manuel opened up about his fractured bond with Banks during episode 3 of “Reality Check,” tracing the shift back to an email he sent her after cycle 8 in 2007, in which he expressed his desire to move on.

“It was probably the longest three days ever,” he said. “And [Tyra] ultimately wrote back just three words. ‘I am disappointed.’”

Manuel added, “After that email exchange, all communication just stopped. It should’ve been the opportunity to have a heart-to-heart, but that did not happen.”

Manuel claimed that following that email exchange, his relationship with Banks changed forever.

“Tyra chose not to speak with me at all while the cameras were off. When they were on, she’d speak to me,” he said. “After [trying to leave], I did cycle 9, which was … torture for me. I was so broken by the end of that cycle because of the mental torture of what was going on.”

Manuel confessed that, while he desperately wanted to leave the series, he stayed out of pure fear of being blacklisted.

“There was a warning that strikes the fear of God in you,” he said. “You know, people talk about being blacklisted. Those words were not used, but I had suspected that that’s what it would turn into.”

Cardi B has never been one to keep quiet, and this weekend was no different. While performing in Los Angeles, the Grammy winner stunned fans by confirming her split from NFL star Stefon Diggs in the middle of her set. 

The revelation came after weeks of speculation following the Super Bowl. However, even as Cardi B made it clear the romance is over, she also made one thing very clear: she is not here for anyone disrespecting her child’s father.

Rumors about Cardi B and Diggs had been swirling since the Super Bowl, especially after fans noticed subtle signs that something felt off. 

The couple, who welcomed a son in November 2025, had been under public scrutiny as whispers of a split grew louder.

Recently, Cardi B finally let fans in on the situation. During her “Little Miss Drama” Tour stop in Los Angeles, the rapper addressed the speculation head-on. 

She confirmed that she and the New England Patriots wide receiver are no longer together.

The breakup is believed to have happened shortly before the Patriots’ 29-13 Super Bowl loss to the Seattle Seahawks. 

However, despite the end of their relationship, Cardi B made it clear she still stands up for Diggs when needed.

Recall that the two were first linked early last year and went public in May after being spotted courtside at a New York Knicks game. 

Their relationship quickly became headline news, especially after welcoming their baby boy just months later.

While confirming the breakup, Cardi B also used her stage to defend Stefon Diggs from recent criticism by rap rival BIA. 

The tension spilled into her live performance before she launched into her diss track “Pretty & Petty.”

In a video shared by a concert-goer on TikTok, Cardi B delivered a heated warning, “Let me tell you something, just because I ain’t f-cking with my baby daddy doesn’t mean you get to talk about my baby daddy, b-tch! This for you, b-tch!”

Afterward, the singer went straight into the diss track performance, during which she had fans go silent after the lyric, “Name five BIA songs, gun pointed to your head.” She then ended the moment with, “Bow! I’m dead.”

The message appeared to respond directly to BIA’s recent social media jab. BIA had earlier aimed at Diggs, writing, “Can u (sic) name someone with more [baby mamas] than receiving yards? I can! and I know that… ykwnvm(you know what, never mind).”

Shortly after the fan shared the clip, TikTokers trooped to the comments section to air their thoughts. Many fans praised Cardi B for deciding to respect Stefon Diggs. 

“She may not be messing with Diggs rn, but the fact she stood on business about him at the same time!!! I loveeeeeeee Cardi,” one fan wrote.

A second user commented, “So she confirmed they’re not together anymore, sad.” 

Meanwhile, other fans called out the concertgoers who refused to go silent when the part about BIA came up.

“Yall need to work on the mute challenge before she get to my tour stop,” one fan shared. At the same time, another added, “I don’t think anyone is understanding the assignment. Miami, Fort Lauderdale, let’s please understand the assignment in April cause it’s supposed to be dead silent.”

Diggs’ personal life has also been in the spotlight for a while. 

The wide receiver welcomed daughter Charliee Harper with Aileen Lopera in April 2025. He later had two more children with other women.

Lopera initially filed a paternity and child support lawsuit, but later dropped it after DNA tests confirmed Diggs as the father. He has since acknowledged the child publicly.

Meanwhile, Cardi B gave birth to her first child with Diggs in November 2025, shortly after they confirmed their relationship. 

The growing family dynamics added pressure to an already high-profile romance.
