Pete Davidson Makes Sudden Real Estate Pivot
Pete Davidson has made an unexpected move with his New York home just weeks after reaching a co-parenting agreement with Elsie Hewitt.
The comedian initially listed the North Salem property for $2.5 million in February. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home later dropped to $1.9 million before he removed the listing.
The couple welcomed their first child in December 2025. Their child, Scott Matthew Davidson, is named after Pete Davidson’s late father. The comedian had previously said he wanted to move closer to his family in Staten Island while raising his daughter.
The former “Saturday Night Live” star officially removed his New York country property from the market on August 13. The four-bedroom had been listed since February. The initial asking price was $2.5 million before it was dropped to $1.9 million.
The property sits on six acres and covers about 2,300 square feet. It has a stone fireplace, a fish tank, sauna, wine cellar, cold plunge and hot tub. The home also features a lap pool, gym, media room and several decks.
Davidson bought the property in June 2023 for just under $2 million. He previously described it as “literally like living in paradise” and said it gave him an escape from the noise of New York City. PEOPLE shared that his reason for leaving the “hip, funky cool place” was to be closer to his family as he raises his child.
The Recent Co-Parenting Agreement Changed Everything
Davidson and Hewitt confirmed their co-parenting agreement in a joint statement in late July. The joint custody news came just two months after news of their breakup. Davidson and the model dated for less than a year before they announced welcoming a child together.
The comedian pulled his home off the market only weeks after the couple agreed to raise their daughter together. The former couple said their daughter’s well-being remains their top priority.
“We are cooperatively co-parenting our daughter whose well-being remains our top priority, and we are fully committed to working together to give her love from both of us,” the couple announced.
The Blast reported that the pair had already been having “productive conversations” about their daughter before announcing the agreement. Davidson had also adjusted his schedule so he could be more present in his daughter’s life. However, there is no sign of reconciliation between the couple, despite the custody agreement.
The model, Hewitt, had previously shared that she was handling parenting responsibilities alone. Davidson’s representatives refuted her claim and described him as “a very present father.” Sources also said he covered expenses connected to Hewitt, including rent and health insurance.
Pete Davidson Was Also Spotted With Another Woman
Davidson’s personal life drew more attention shortly after the co-parenting announcement. He was spotted in Brooklyn with “Love Thy Nader” star Sarah Jane Nader. The pair appeared comfortable together during the outing, with Davidson seen holding open a car door for her.
The sighting happened only two days after Davidson and Hewitt announced their commitment to co-parenting. The footage did not show the pair kissing or displaying obvious affection. The duo has confirmed that they are dating.
The Blast shared that Nader already has her own public profile as a model, influencer, and reality TV personality. She appears alongside her sisters on “Love Thy Nader.” Her appearance with Davidson therefore sparked dating speculation, but the nature of their relationship remains unclear.
Davidson’s comedy career began when he was just 16 after a dare led him to perform stand-up at a bowling alley. He quickly became interested in comedy and started booking appearances on MTV shows. His early credits included “Failosophy,” “Guy Code” and “Wild’ N Out.”
His first televised stand-up appearance came on Comedy Central’s “Gotham Comedy Live.” He landed a small role in “Trainwreck,” which later connected him with Bill Hader. The connection helped Davidson secure an audition for “Saturday Night Live.”
Davidson joined “SNL” for its 40th season in 2014. He became one of the youngest cast members in the show’s history and the first cast member born in the 1990s. His eight-season run eventually helped establish him as a household name.

The shoes, which are going viral on social media, featured nothing but a heel and two straps that tied in bows around the base of her ankle. The actress made sure her toes were perfectly polished with black paint.
On the red carpet, Qualley opened up to Good Morning America about her unconventional look, confirming that she was indeed barefoot. “Well, I found the little Chanel [shoes],” she said while looking down at her feet. “I’m Chanel barefoot!”
The Substance star styled her interesting footwear with a Chanel dress featuring a plunging neckline, short sleeves, a snatched waist and all-over fringe details.
For glam, Qualley donned a full beat including glowy skin, manicured eyebrows, winged eyeliner, blushed cheeks and pin lops. Her brunette hair was parted down the middle and styled in soft curls.

Love Island USA alum Iris Kendall opened up about beauty treatments she’s tried through the years.
“Obviously I wanna preface this by saying do whatever to your body,” she said via TikTok on Thursday, August 20. “These are just personal things that I regret.”
“The first thing that I really regret doing to myself is getting lip injections,” Kendall, 26, said, noting she got the injections at just 18 years old. “I really wish I didn’t do that. It just never fully went away. I just don’t think the injector knew what they were doing. They totally overfilled my lips.”

Kendall also noted that she regrets not applying products to her neck while doing her skincare and makeup routine, as well as not “embracing” her natural brunette hair color. “Don’t get me wrong, I did love the blonde, but it was hard to maintain,” she said.
Kendall lastly shared that she regrets spending so much money on expensive skincare products and not finding her best eyebrow shape earlier.
Hayden Panettiere‘s ex Brian Hickerson was reportedly accused of drug use three days before the actress’ unexpected death at 36.
According to court records obtained by People on Friday, August 21, prosecutors accused Hickerson, 37, of continued drug use amid his efforts to expunge his domestic violence convictions. Neither Hickerson nor his attorney attended the hearing.
During the hearing that occurred on August 13, prosecutors argued that Hickerson’s petition to expunge his two felony counts of corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant should be denied. (Hickerson was convicted in 2021 after pleading no contest in a domestic violence case involving Panettiere. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail, for which he spent 13 days behind bars, four years of formal probation, 52 domestic violence classes and a five-year protective order. Hickerson also had to pay $500 in restitution.)
At the hearing last week, a prosecutor argued that Hickerson appeared “quite high on what appears to be a stimulant,” claiming he was “very clearly not sober” during a recent interview, per the outlet. The prosecutor alleged that Hickerson spoke “for 15 minutes about the abuse that’s been documented in his victim’s bestselling book, and he makes several admissions about that.” (Hickerson was interviewed by TMZ in May following the release of Panettiere’s memoir, This Is Me: A Reckoning.)

The prosecutor also stated that Hickerson “was high and arrested at a local restaurant in West Hollywood” in August 2025.
Us confirmed that Hickerson was arrested twice within a matter of days, the first time at a bar on August 2, 2025, and again on August 6, 2025. Records show that he was cuffed at 5:14 p.m. on August 2, booked at 5:45 p.m. and released at 3:17 a.m. the following morning. On August 6, he was arrested just before 8 a.m., booked at 9:12 a.m. and released later that evening.
The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department confirmed to Us that charges for both arrests were “under the influence of a controlled substance.”
According to records viewed by Us, Hickerson did have a hearing on August 13, which was three days before Panettiere’s death. His expungement request was ultimately denied by a judge.
Following the hearing last week, the L.A. County D.A.’s Office told People in a statement that prosecutors opposed Hickerson’s petition “based on the individual’s Aug. 2, 2025, arrest” and what they characterized as his “continued demonstrable drug use.”
Us has reached out to Hickerson’s attorney and the prosecutor in the case for comment.
Panettiere died on Sunday, August 16. She was found unresponsive at a residence in South Carolina by Brian and his brother, Zach Hickerson. Emergency services arrived at the scene to perform “advanced cardiac life support measures,” but the actress was pronounced dead that afternoon.

An autopsy was completed and found “no signs of trauma that would have contributed” to Panettiere’s death, per the coroner’s office. The cause and manner of her death “remain pending further investigation and the completion of additional studies.”
The New York Times reported on Thursday, August 20, that the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) was investigating Panettiere’s death.
Brian broke his silence on Panettiere’s death in a statement shared via his attorney Sloan Ellis.
“Hayden’s death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed,” Ellis told Us on Thursday. “As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Out of respect for Hayden’s loved ones and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time.”

Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter addressed the recently announced spinoff Legends starring Charlie Hunnam and more original cast members.
“I know the news about Charlie’s show hit today, and I’ve been getting some queries about it. I just want to say my piece: I’m not involved with Legends at all, nor should I be,” Sutter, 66, said in a Thursday, August 20, Instagram video. “It has nothing to do with the characters I created or the mythology.”
Sutter explained that Legends, which will be a miniseries, is more about “the legacy” of Sons of Anarchy rather than the show itself. The screenwriter revealed that Hunnam, who is developing the project, approached him with the idea before taking it to FX.
“Just want folks to know that Charlie came to me early on, when he was in the process of pitching this to the network, to ask for my blessing, knowing that the IP [intellectual property] would probably not be able to be invoked for various reasons of legalese stuff, and I gave Charlie my full blessing,” he continued. “I wish nothing but the best for him in this project.”
Sutter added that his wife, Katey Sagal, is going to appear in the series as well. (Sagal starred in Sons of Anarchy as Gemma Teller Morrow, who was the mother of Hunnam’s character, Jax.)
The director teased that he caught a glimpse at the script for Legends while it was lying on his wife’s “knitting table” — and he thinks fans are going to like it.
“It’s so well-done, and I think you’ll dig it. And that’s my two cents,” he said. “I love Charlie to death, and I think you will have mad love for this project as well.”
Not only are Hunnam and Sagal returning, but a majority of the cast will be back as well. Ron Perlman, Maggie Siff, Mark Boone Junior, Tommy Flanagan, Kim Coates and Theo Rossi will also return.
According to the series’ premise, Legends will follow the Sons of Anarchy cast as they reunite “at a fan convention after more than a decade.”
“The line between life and art blurs as the fractured brotherhood finds itself up against a real-world threat more dangerous than anything they ever faced in their show,” the logline stated.
In addition to starring in Legends, Hunnam serves as an executive producer. It will be produced by FX Productions and 20th Television.
“When Charlie brought us this inspired idea, we instantly sparked to his bold and entertaining vision,” FX Entertainment president Nick Grad said in a statement after the network ordered the series. “Charlie’s talents are on full display as a writer, performer and executive producer, leading the real-life brotherhood on an adventure that is both a love letter to the series and a fun meta twist on what fans think they know.”

The lawyer representing Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s son Kroy “KJ” Biermann is speaking out following the teen’s arrest for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
“First and foremost, this is not the kind of information that should be for public dissemination. These are juveniles,” KJ’s attorney Jason Sheffield told Us in a statement on Friday, August 21. “Secondly, my client is 100 percent innocent and tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher.”
Sheffield continued, “Additionally, the officer’s report notes the GBI [Georgia Bureau of Investigation] found no male DNA on or inside the areas the alleged victim claimed she was assaulted. Had the officer sat down with me, I feel certain she would’ve never made an arrest.”
According to a police report obtained by Us on Friday, KJ, 15, was booked in Alpharetta, Georgia for the felony charges earlier in the week. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 8. KJ is currently being held at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A bond was not set.

The alleged incident took place at Lifetime Fitness on April 23 and the minor female victim, who Us has chosen not to identify, reported an aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy and was taken to the hospital. The alleged victim underwent a test and the results found no evidence of male DNA in her mouth or vagina, per the report.
“Sadly, these false allegations are a desperate cry for attention and are motivated by my client’s past rejection of the alleged victim’s unwanted advances. The fact that he’s been arrested and is being held without bond is a tragedy. He is not only presumed innocent but is, in fact, innocent,” Sheffield told Us on Friday.
He vowed, “I will work tirelessly to demonstrate to the District Attorney’s office the mean-spirited nature of these false allegations and to bring a close to this matter as quickly as possible. I’m asking the public not to presume the truth of these allegations and to give the families on both sides their space and privacy.”
KJ is one of the sons Zolciak, 48, shares with estranged husband Kroy, 40, whom she married in 2011. The exes, who split in 2023, are also parents to son Kash and twins Kaia and Kane. Shortly after news broke of KJ’s arrest, Zolciak broke her silence and slammed the allegations made against her son.

Wendy Williams has been spotted on a public outing for the first time since February.
The former talk show host, 62, was spotted walking around New York City with shopping bags on Wednesday, August 19, as seen in photos obtained by Page Six. She sported a black T-shirt, high-rise jean shorts and black boots and carried a red handbag. Williams was accompanied by a male companion, with whom she was seen chatting as they walked through the streets.
During the outing, Williams was asked by a paparazzo what she had to tell fans about “what she is going through.”
According to the outlet, the TV personality responded, “I want out!”
Williams has been under a court-ordered financial and personal conservatorship in New York since May 2022. At the time, claimed to a New York Supreme Court judge that the former radio DJ was an “incapacitated person” who needed a “temporary guardian” to ensure her “affairs are being properly handled.”

Sabrina E. Morrissey, a New York-based attorney, was subsequently appointed as Williams’ legal guardian.
Williams has voiced her opposition to the guardianship and denied that she is cognitively impaired.
“They say that I need somebody to handle my accounts, and I don’t want that. I want all my money,” she said on Good Morning America in 2022. “I want to see all my money that I worked hard for my entire life. My entire life. I don’t lie, and I don’t cheat, and I don’t steal. I am an honest, hardworking person.”
In 2018, Williams revealed that she had been quietly battling Graves’ disease, a chronic autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks the thyroid gland. Her battle with the illness led her to take a hiatus from The Wendy Williams Show in 2020. (The talk show was later canceled in 2022 amid Williams’ health struggles.)
Williams’ team later announced in 2024 that she had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) and aphasia the year prior. FTD is a group of brain diseases that affect the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain and lead to problems with thinking and behavior.
Following her diagnosis, Williams was placed in a treatment center, where her family was unable to contact her.
Last year, Williams submitted paperwork to end her conservatorship in February 2025, but the filing was denied.
The following month, Williams told Page Six that she felt “better than good” amid her health and conservatorship battles.
“I am fabulous. I’m better than good, but have been accused to being otherwise,” she told the outlet in March 2025. “I am very much alive. I deserve freedom, darling.”
Her ex-husband, Kevin Hunter, also filed a $250 million lawsuit in June 2025 attempting to end the guardianship, claiming it had “become a weapon, not a shield.”
Hunter, who was married to Williams from 1999 to 2020, claimed that his ex was “being abused, neglected, and defrauded under the care of court-appointed guardians.”
Williams’ lawyers said they found Hunter’s lawsuit to be “detrimental” to the media personality’s interests, Us reported in July 2025.
“Moreover, [Williams] herself does not believe the complaint is in her best interest,” the paperwork read. (Hunter’s lawsuit was ultimately dismissed in October 2025.)
