When I was updating our big roundup for the best brands for comfortable heels, I was so excited to notice that Stuart Weitzman has brought back their 50mm pump. Years ago they had a similar low pump that they called the Poco; I still remember it as being one of the only heels I could wear for a while. (I think pregnancy did a number on my feet!)

In any event — they have a 50mm (2″) heel back and it’s apparently one of their bestsellers. It looks great if you’re looking for a basic workhorse pump.

Eat Spain Drink Spain (ESDS), the global campaign organised by Foods & Wines from Spain and focused on consumer engagement, is back in Ireland this year from 11th to 27th September, 2026 (PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DATE)

ESDS is a vibrant festival that celebrates the rich diversity and exceptional quality of Spanish culture through its food and drink  including wine, spirits, and beer.  The events to promote Spanish Food & Wine take place in 15 countries, including Ireland.  The campaign will feature a wide range of activities that includes special menus, tastings, and promotions in collaboration with local restaurants, importers, retailers, and hospitality venues.

Participating partners across Ireland are now invited to join the nationwide campaign and showcase the very best of Spanish produce during the month of September 2026. The initiative offers consumers a unique opportunity to discover the quality, authenticity, and variety of food and wines from all over Spain.

The campaign will be supported by a national communications strategy, including media partnerships and social media activations, to promote Spanish products and participating venues. You can follow the campaign via #EatSpainDrinkSpain

Participation is free of charge for both Spanish and Irish companies.  The aim of the promotional is simply to involve as many partners as possible to celebrate and promote Spanish food and drink all over Ireland.

Although we’re technically halfway through the year, I feel like our summer is only just getting started. We’re still in Spain, we extended our trip by a week at the last minute because we simply weren’t ready to come home. There’s a few more trips ahead this month, a little pre-fall shopping (I don’t make the fashion calendar, I promise), and our kitchen renovation to come home to. Here’s a look at the month ahead!

What We’re Doing

• We just wrapped five days at Marbella Club and it was even better than we hoped. We could barely get the girls to hang out with us because they wanted to be at the kids club the entire time!
• We head home, then leave again for the Hamptons for a short photoshoot for a brand.
• After that we’re home for a bit before heading back to the Hamptons to spend a few days with friends, then flying to Switzerland to meet more friends for the last leg of our summer travels.
• I’m looking forward to Switzerland and Austria at the end of the month. It’ll be a nice reprieve from the heat, and it’s a new spot we’ve never been to.
• We get a peek at our kitchen renovation once we’re home this week. It’s still only halfway through, but I can’t wait to see the progress!
