Portsmouth are keen on a loan deal for Crystal Palace attacking midfielder Hindolo Mustapha.
Pompey boss John Mousinho has been to watch the 18-year-old in U21 action for the Eagles.
And the South London Press understands that Mustapha is a top target for the Fratton Park outfit.
The teenager has been on Palace’s books since the age of nine and signed his first professional deal with the South Londoners in January 2024.
Mustapha has been capped at senior level by Sierra Leone and made his debut in a 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Chad.
He was nominated for Premier League 2 Player of the Month in March.
Mustapha produced a superb left-footed volley to open the scoring for Palace U21s in their 3-1 win against Brighton on Monday.
