$176.8 trillion sits with SEC-registered investment advisors managing money for 73.7 million Americans.

Right now almost none of it can touch spot crypto because the custody rulebook has no clean path.

This new filing fixes that.

The ETF was always the workaround. $54B flowed through it because advisors couldn’t hold the asset directly.

Fix custody and you stop widening the workaround….you open the actual door.

Still early as this is a proposal, but this is what an Atkins run SEC looks like!
