In 2025, DTCC filed patents that explicitly named Ripple and the XRP Ledger as compatible infrastructure for tokenized finance. The patents describe XRP and Stellar as “Digital Liquidity Tokens” for cross-ledger settlement. Then Ripple acquired Hidden Road for $1.25 billion — a prime brokerage that clears $3 trillion annually for 300+ institutional clients — and rebranded it Ripple Prime.

By March 2026, Ripple Prime appeared in the DTCC’s NSCC directory — the same clearing infrastructure used by Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase. No crypto company has EVER achieved this. Ripple is now embedded inside the system, not outside it.

DTCC leadership says they could tokenize everything within 50 weeks. The tokenization market is projected to hit $16-30 trillion by 2030. And Ripple is already inside the engine driving that change.
