I liked how simple yet challenging this workout was I feel confident in my ability to meet my goal
This is exactly what I'm looking for- quick and dirty! My core strength is LACKING, so anything I can do to slowly build is wonderful. I do like the one and done style, it helps me not dread the repeat set.
How many times a week should I be adding this into my workout to see results? Like every other day?
