Day 1: I'm only using a 2kg dumbbell because I'm just starting out. Didn't feel much of a burn on my arms, and practically none at all in my back which leads to me to question if my posture is wrong. I also usually walk on the treadmill and burn at least 250kcal. (I wasn't feeling it today so I didn't go but usually I'm quite consistent)
Day 2: Same as yesterday. I will be adding another hourglass workout from today onwards.
