Get shredded without a gym by doing this routine every morning. It only takes 10 mins of your time.

  2. I did this video every day for 1 year then stopped for 1 year and now I’m coming back to it again.
    My experience is you can do 30 mins fat/burn or cardio every day but doing this for 10 mins is the same and it saves a lot of time.

  10. Please brother tell me why I loose calcium during exercise so after that I am not able to do it next day is there any suggestion from u ,,u know I am patient of prostate problem also I guess this happens because of having urine infaction and also prostate

  11. I cant start of my day without these exercises. Since Im doing these im just more happy and have more energy during the day. Also food plays big part in all of that. Im currently following diet from Next Level Diet and it feels great. It helped me lose 8 lbs in 2 weeks.

  17. I had two TKRs (Total Knee Replacements) recently and do not have the agility to do the Half burpee. I have no spring to recoil to my feet, actually no agility at all yet. What can I do within my capability to accomplish a similar exercise goal?

  26. Always remember to keep your mouth closed when doing this workout for maximum benefit and sip Lil bit water in middle so you control the exhaustion
