This workout is so effective! Really tone my abs and make it more defined! Did it for 2weeks and will keep doing it.

Ive been feeling misserable about how much weight i gained a year ago i used to do this workout like a crazy person if i couldnt move from my bed id do it on my bed sometimes i did it twice a day and combined it with other workouts like thighs or back and i lost 5 kgs. I got so confident n i stopped doing workout and started eating junk and a year later im back to the same place again. So here on im gonna do this workout again and enter here everyday.
Day 1 : finding it kinda hard i woke up late so gonna do it on bed and having a wrist injury i couldnt do the last 2
Day 2 : i did the first half really well and the second half i did a lil bit of all except all 2 again
Day 3 : did everything except last 2 again
Day 4 5 and 6 : skipped because i was extremely sick
Day 7 : Paired it with arm, core, and thighs
Day 8: did a 20 min thigh and glutes workout and did a lil bit of this
Day9 : periods
Day 10 :
Starting 11th march
900 calories a day
Healthy diet
7000 steps daily
Doing this until around the end of April every morning and will update every now and again if I see change
Like to remind for updates

Started this workout on Wednesday
Day 1: it was so intense I could not finish it
Day2: more intense still could not finish it
Day 3: less pain and I finished it. I will keep updating
Day4: not much changes but we keep trying
Day5: starting to see a little bit of changes.
I did it for two days and already see the results! Really working very well especially when it’s so easy to follow, thank you so much
Start this today and never felt so much pain in my neck, back, and tummy. I will continue to update every day for 2 weeks.
