  15. Is it just me or only I felt every single muscle in my body but my arms, triceps and back??? I'm so disappointed. You promised an upper body workout, not a core one!!!

  16. I skip the 2nd part's last exercise. God I never felt so shaky in my legs. But hey I'm a beginner. I really hope some day I'll be able to do all of these and most importantly make it a regular habit 🙌🏽🌟 I'm trying and I'll not give up Insha'Allah. My belly is 32-33" while my waist is 27". All I want is a flat belly 💓

  17. I mistakenly did this after lifting a little bit of weights just to add another upper body to my workout 😩😩 when I tell you I was asking Jesus to help me all the way through it 😮‍💨 I’m beat 😩 but I’ll do it again, just weights after this video 😅 thank you Maddie ❤️

  20. Accidentally stabbed my palm with something sharp while doing this workout (even tho a little bit of blood came out) i cleaned it off and restarted my workout – wanna strengthen my noodles arms😅😅
