very much needed, I wasn't going to workout but I encouraged myself to!

Is it just me or only I felt every single muscle in my body but my arms, triceps and back??? I'm so disappointed. You promised an upper body workout, not a core one!!!

I skip the 2nd part's last exercise. God I never felt so shaky in my legs. But hey I'm a beginner. I really hope some day I'll be able to do all of these and most importantly make it a regular habit
I'm trying and I'll not give up Insha'Allah. My belly is 32-33" while my waist is 27". All I want is a flat belly 
I mistakenly did this after lifting a little bit of weights just to add another upper body to my workout
when I tell you I was asking Jesus to help me all the way through it

Am a snob for weights, but have always known body weight DOES kick your butt & this was awesome! Hard to work biceps in without weights or a bar to hang from though, aye?

I got to 12:20 but im gonna stop so i dont hurt my arms cause i can feel if i continue there aint gonna be much left of my arms
Accidentally stabbed my palm with something sharp while doing this workout (even tho a little bit of blood came out) i cleaned it off and restarted my workout – wanna strengthen my noodles arms

This was really good. Me at first: this is easy, but I`ll try. Me on 3rd minute: please let me rest…..
