Lol no offense but im 66 years old and after nearly 26 years away from martial arts training and weight resistance training ? I recently got back into the gum. At my age i have some shoulder pains but working through it. Its been only about a month now in the gum but working through the old age outta shape bunk but plan to get in shape and possibly? Do some bodybuilding stuff as well depending how it alm goes and hopefully no real injuries. The EDM stuff is similar to what i hear in the gym. Great EDM selection . Thanks for your videos .
Sometimes people say they wish they could time travel to see what happens in the future. As someone close to 40, I often wish I had started working out and understanding how money works at a younger age—around 16 or 18. If you're between 16 and 26 years old, I strongly advise you to start now: work out hard, avoid drinking excessively, quit smoking, and learn how money works. Focus on these things, and by the time you're nearing 40, you'll be thankful you followed this advice. It will change your life in a massive way!

Can anyone pls tell me rough calories burned from this workout?
For a more grueling workout with my existing weights I just set playback speed to .075. The rest time is longer but I'm getting much more blasted each round so it doesn't matter. Bueno!
