And Why you’re so darn stiff
Ever wake up feeling like a stiff robot (not the cool dancing kind)? Or deal with aches and pains impacting life?
Know what’s frustrating? If it’s not pain from trauma or serious pathology, rarely do we know what causes pain.
What do we do then? If we don’t know, it’s hard to figure out how to improve our movement and comfort.
But I got your back (even if it’s not low back pain).
I’m about to reveal one culprit responsible for 90% of the pain and movement issues seen out there. You won’t just get the cause either, but the solution.
If you’re ready to learn what to do, check out the video
TIMESTAMPS
00:00 – Intro
00:34 – Why do we become stiff and tight?
03:51 – Project detensification
08:36 – These areas are SUPER limited
12:32 – The most difficult part of the process

Thank you so much for your help with my back problems. Your expertise and guidance have been invaluable in managing my pain and improving my overall well-being. I truly appreciate your dedication and support throughout this journey. My back feel much better after watching your video thank you…
Squat these thumbail horribleeeee

I have spine decompression pain after sleep. Nothing connected to front and back muscles. Tight rectus abdominus while sleeping sounds like bull$hit.
Thank you very much for this well-articulated and easy to understand video! Double thank you for the three progression squat exercises
Is this legitimate or what? The editing and compositions look like click bait
Wayyy too much talking
Am I the only one who watches these videos just to hear this guy say "FLOOOO-id"?
This is very good! Thanks.
Crap
Oh snap, 1.3 million views Zac?! Crazy!
Such a helpful video, and Nick Cage sounds like you.
I bet you he lost a lot of people with that dubious 1 minute initial intro, sound like the memory guys who tell you ""I will tell you the "secret" to better memory but FIRST let me tell you…"" then try selling you courses and pay special info for those who pay. And the way he talks bout it with all the hand gesture do not help either.
Great vid, awesome content. Very educational.
More than six minutes in and this guy is still bumping his gums. Bye
14 min lecture. just show the exercises.
Sorry but this was a bullsheet, wasting my time. It was simply just a click n bait video!
I wasn't gonna comment or leave a like but then you went and used "rectus damn near killed us abdominus" line twice. Had to hit the like button.
Scam. Anytime the speaker says they will tell you what's going on…after they tell you all this other bs, you know they are a scam.

Movement Issues and Common Aches
Three Steps to Increase Motion
Addressing Commonly Limited Areas
Increasing Efficiency with Box Squat
– Movement issues and aches are often caused by increased muscular tension.
– Quick experiment: Increased tension reduces available space in joints, leading to more focused and uncomfortable loading.
– Our bodies crave energy conservation and efficiency, but reduced motion can contribute to common aches and pains.
03:23
– To solve reduced space problem: 1) Reduce overall muscular tension, 2) Increase range of motion in common areas, and 3) Improve efficiency for more space.
– Explanation of how muscle contraction influences movement using a stress ball analogy.
– Strategies for reducing overall muscular tension: choosing positions with more space, slow movements, and nasal breathing.
08:45
– Common areas limiting motion: lower glutes, high hamstrings, and rectus abdominis.
– Introduction of the walking wall squat as a movement to target and restore rotation efficiency.
– Emphasis on maintaining eye position, proper breathing, and avoiding common mistakes in the walking wall squat.
13:07
– Introduction of the box squat as a progression to increase intensity and strengthen muscles for maintaining increased space.
– Loading the same pattern used in the walking wall squat to enhance movement efficiency.
– Strengthening the lower glutes and rectus abdominis to reduce pressure on commonly sore and tight areas.

Why not just talk normally; all the unnecessary intonation is annoying and distracting.
Would like to see the moves first and then learn why they work.
City Slickers "One Thing"
Why did you leave out Hips?
Shouldn’t they be involved?
Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body
. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

Best breathing is pranayama. It gives you a free nose lifelong.
too much bla bla bla
Way too long, get to the point. Couldn't finish it. Bye.
Only 90% of the problems are fixed by these exercises? Why not do the five exercises in one of your other videos, which you claim fix it ALL?
I have watched two of your video but I noticed that the audio volume is not high enough.
My feet didn't want to roll in, but just my right foot actually kept rolling out of I didn't really pay attention. Why is it doing that? I haven't really found an answer anywhere in years. My right foot rotates out when I lie down too. My right hip feels different than my left too. Never found any answer or fix yet.
This is how I fall asleep 7:30
