Feel tricep 10x more then my delts on second one
The problem is how to incorporate these exercises in my training schedule. Because these exercises also exercise the back with them. So how do I train them without involving the back muscles?

I love the rear delt kickbacks to rows combo. Add in a rear swing (palms facing down), and it will fry the heck out of those delts.
