I have the Rope bands Miami beginner which would I start out using to strengthen the muscles in my arm I have a 10 a 20 a 40 end of 50 which one should I start out using first like to build my muscles back up on my arms
Can you replace just one band if it breaks?
I liked this video and wanted to work on my arms so I ordered a set of bands, a thing for the door and handles. The only problem is I only have one band in each color. Is it OK to do one arm at a time?

Loved the video just the information that I need and not too much! I found this useful and thank you! Some key things were how you explained not to do the exercises so fast, but to allow for the muscles to do the work. A keyword you used that caught my attention was batwings – for sure i need help there! I wish you showed the door anchors in detail a little more especially that I am a beginner. I like how you explain the benefits of bands over weights and it makes sense especially that i live in a smaller space (55+ years per the video title). I liked also how you showed the scapular and chest muscles and how to squeeze or expand. This was useful, thank you again!
I bought the bands a few months ago for this very video. I found that if I had a door, it opened the wrong way or it was in a hallway that didn't allow me to extend my arms. Last night my husband installed my wall anchors in the basement. Love the bands. I am trying to work out doing the exercises and the variations while watching the videos.
Great demonstrations. I want to do these exercises but the possibility of the bands snapping or coming off the wall anchor makes me really nervous. Serious accidents have been reported with band exercises.
I’m 78 and using bands all the time. Ive had both knees, hips, and both shoulders replaced along with back surgery. My doctor said don’t use my shoulders to lift more than 25 pounds. I like using bands, but I can’t measure the pound resistance I put on my shoulders. I recently purchased a set of ADJUSTABLE dumbbells. Wow are they great! But they have limitations. I wish they had these when I was young. I would’ve have had 20 dumbbells in the garage. I do have a question. Let’s say you’re doing an exercise with 25 pounds. The speed of the rep determines how many reps you can do. I can do 16 reps at a overly fast pace and 6-8 reps at an extra slow pace. By reducing the speed of the rep have I created more than 25 pounds of resistance for each rep? I sure can feel the effort of the rep by moving the weight (and even the bands) at a slow speed. Wow, I didn't know there were wall anchors. Where I'm living right now, there is only one door that shuts completely, as you can't use sliding glass doors. And, there is no room to do any exercise there, anyway. So, with those wall anchors that would solve a problem for me. Now I just need an open wall with space in front of it. Thanks for all your videos.
I lover working with bands, but I developed tendonitis in my left hand. Should I wear gloves when I use the bands?
