Well unless one has lots of fat or been working out since age 35 or 40, 50's will never ever look this good. Gotta have fat arms to turn it to size. I exercised in late teens upto 25 and just lost it. Never had much size, good tone like a out of shaoe Bruce Lee but wanted size. To get to this level requires decades of hard wotk, lots of $ for weights, food, training and starting at no latet than 40 to 45. Ive tried everything to build size with strength, but 2-4 hrs of working out doesnt do it. I did see a Mike Mentzer vid in 2018 that said not need to work out more tham 3-4 days and 40 min a day for size and strength, one set of each exercise until can do no more, if thats 8 reps, 12 or 18. He also said start heavy at rep 1 and go lighter from there and rep whatever you get to will feel as heavy as the first

Hoje estou com 65 anos treinei durante 28 anos..e fui instrutor formado em Licenciatura plena em Educação física em algumas academia.A nossa estrutura muscular corporal tem seu tempo…Essa estrutura muscular simétrica não é pura..Se vc. não conhece os suplementos alimentares nas suas composições químicas ocultas em seus rótulos informavam que; continham Anabolizante e esteróides sintetizados..Assim mudaram o rótulos informando para de massa muscular ou ganho de massa magra..Existe o período que chamamos de manutenção no rendimento..condicionamento..crescimento muscular ..Certo Médico em entrevista estava falando final dessas substâncias…Quando um ouvinte o conhecia de treino..perguntou; Dr.porque o senhor é contra , se o senhor construiu sua estrutura muscular usando..O medico foi Ar..e confirmou o que o ouvinte tinha dito. Muitos para não perder a performa fazem a manutenção..Eu sempre completei meu treinos Cardio e tonificar a musculatura com melhor qualidade rasgada na praia na areia fofa…ate hoje ao 65 anos …

Pro Tip: use less weight and achieve better form. Also, don't swing the weights. You're a REAL SPARTAN and don't appear to be committing any of the aforementioned. I'm advocating newbies like me to think before they do SHRUGs. PS: the haters saying steroids, don't recognize a BIBLICAL BODY when they see. They should also research Endocannabinoid. Way to BE!

Best shoulder workout.
I can't connect with the standing shoulder press for whatever reason. I always do those seated, otherwise, I just don't feel the shoulder working as much. But great movements nonetheless and the product speaks for itself.
