get ready for a NEW 40 Min Back & Biceps Workout, With Repeat! In this workout, we’re dialing back the intensity a bit, but that doesn’t mean you won’t still be sweating and burning calories. I am sure this KILLER 40 minute dumbbell workout will sculpt your back and biceps🔥

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

▸ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: dumbbells (I am using 2x 10 kg for your reference) a bench or chair, but you can also easily do the it without one, a mat is recommended
▸ muscles worked: upper body, core, back, biceps

  1. I love what you do for all of us but it would be so great if you could throw in some shorter Tabata or HIIT workouts again. the past few months it‘s mainly been 40-60min ones. I already repeated most of the 20-30 workouts at least once and found myself looking for workouts elsewhere. Thank you
