Why whenever I join gym i get hyper acidity post or during workout. I did everything like eating food 2 hrs before gym ,skipping food , consuming food before workout , not drinking water during workout , drinking water during workout , drinking small sips of water . In All cases i still get hyper acidity . I get acidic mostly when i do cardio or high intensity workout . I don't get that much when i do strength training
In addition to this i have stomach issues when i consume whey protein .
