I don’t understand how it’s possible to do the first one. I could only do 4 of the first exercise in a row and then I had to take a 10 second rest

Love this workout! It’s only five minutes and I’ve been doing this for about a week and I can already see the lines coming in. (I’ve also been trying to eat healthier and sometimes add workouts into this)
I've noticed a lot of people who've tried to update as they do these workouts Haven't done past day 2 so i thought I'd try
Day 1: Hell
Day 2: abs were sore so it was much harder
Day 3: definitely hurt the most compared to the past two days but i can feel the muscles getting more defined
Day 4: I skipped today. I was extremely sore, I could barely do daily chores without difficulty so…
I love how this 5 min workout is much more effective than the 30 minute ones

i’m really excited to start this workout!! i’m 13 and a little overweight i just need to lose some belly fat and this is perfect for summer remind me every day!!
Day 1 done!! it’s burning but feels good
2 done not so much burning
3 done lots of burning but feels good sees some improvement
I just did this workout and it’s hard but I did it every day for 2 weeks and I’m starting to see ab results. For people who want abs, I change ab workouts every 2 weeks progressing in harder workouts and it works. Before this one I did Lily Sabris (I think that’s how you spell it) 8 minute Pilates abs and that one also gave good results. I’m 11 btw and learning to do calisthenics so this is a good start for me
Edit: if anyone is wondering, diet is also important. I’ve been eating a lot of protein and drinking a lot of water so that has made me pretty fit.
I'm going to do this 5-7 times a week for the next 4 weeks: (i'm also eating in a calorie deficit of 1800)
Day 1:
took a 5 second break in the middle of each exercise, it burned but i was already tired because I had track practice before i completed this
Day 2:
My stomach was sore and it burned but I took less breaks 
Day 3:
burned so so bad, my stomach is still really sore! But i did it
Day 4:
burns so bad still and i really didn't want to do it but i did!
best I found to date!! thank you!!!!

Day1: it was so haarrdd
Day 2: felt a bit easier than yesterday but still hard. Had to take breaks of like 10-15 sec b/w each workout
This was painful
