  7. Kelly did a number here! This workout is only 5 minutes but VERY effective, it’s super intense and I feel the results instantly! Needless to say that it’s so short, 5 mins twice a day will firm my body up instantly, and the morning after is always terrible if you know you know, but we all know no pain no gain with exercises.
