    Any chalisa which is chanted in praise can be integrated with box breathing

    There is a research on Hanuman Chalisa using box breathing titled "Yogic Neurosciences in Hanuman Chalisa" on you tube

    1.) Recite first line – breath in
    2.) Second line – hold
    3.) Third line – breath out
    4.) Hold

    Thus one chaupai is complete

    Personally I went through below titled videos and integrated box breathing with Hanuman Chalisa
