Hey STEEZY Nation,
Dance better, stronger, and faster with 5 simple workouts. These are recommended for dancers by dancers in every fitness level to increase stamina, improve upper/lower body strength, and build a strong foundation for ALL of your movements.
WORKOUTS:
1. Burpees (3 sets x 6 reps, rest for 90 seconds in between).

2. Cardio (15 minutes a day).
3. Squats (3 sets x 10 reps).

4. Glute Bridges (3 sets x 12 reps).

5. Skaters (3 sets x 30 seconds).

What is a rep? It’s the number of times you perform the exercise.
What is a set? The number of cycles of reps that you complete.
For example, if you complete 6 reps of burpees, you have completed “one set of 6 reps.”

hello all dancers and steezy i am a self dancer and i have one problem which im not able to get the solution i was doing shoong dance [paticularly lisa's solo part] (TAEYANG ft.LISA) and there is a step where you have to get up from floor w/o using your handa and im not able to do it? KINDLY TELL ME WHAT EXERCISE DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE MY BODY LIGHTER??? will mean alot

I'm a non dancer, actually a beginner u can say. My body becomes very stiff when I dance, so will these workouts help me to overcome that stiffness?
Hmm I'm breast are too big for some of the high intensity excercises. I will need to find alternatives

Day 1:trying to do all of this without addition breaks that I set and without a lot of sweat
Day 2:resting until my legs aren’t sore
Day 3:I sweat a little but I had antiperspirant on lost my breath a lot better than day 1 already haven’t done the cardio bit tho

Thank you for this! I’m at age of 30 and started to learn dancing. Been watching dancing videos all my life but never dance. I noticed I move slow and very very heavy. My step looks heavy and plain just can’t dance ahaha

Love this video! New to working out and love dance so I found STEEZY and I was trying the beginner classes but still, I really couldn't keep up. Next, I found THIS VIDEO and now I practice these 5 exercises everyday!!! Thanks so much, looking forward to building up and getting back to the classes. Also, STEEZY really rules any other app or platform I have seen. Y'all are amazing and the classes are top of the line! I LOVE the app and how you can change angles, watch from behind, slow down or speed up. I mean, wow for real.

Ive found the flaw in my body, one of my legs is shorter than the other so my weight is mostly on one leg that my leg ends up being stiff af
I actually came browsing through looking in the other direction — dance as wintertime basement running drills. High knees, butt kickers, carioca, skipping, things like that. Those dance clips looked amazing and must work the muscles in similar ways. Know any place I can find drills or a routine or something?
Sorry if it's a stupid question because I don't know about workout and dance much at what time we should do this workout
