I like the shorter strength, flexibility, balance and cardio rather than the longer ones in Expore.
i cannot move my neck while sitting or standing My back hurts, so I cannot move back and forth or side to side. My neck hurts also. I can do neck head movements lying down instead. I did move while you did things I find extremely difficult instead.

I like the stretches and the instructor a lot. Unfortunately, I found the music to be very annoying. Something calmer or nothing at all would be preferable, imo.
