  3. Hello, just wondering if you’ve heard of knees over toes guy. My knee is killing me and he’s shown that walking backwards, calf raises, and a couple other exercises can strengthen that tendon in the shin and your quad. Just wondering if you have any stretches or exercises like that! Thanks for everything.

I miss Bob, there is no rapport with the younger man, he's good as an instructor but you can tell he's not mature enough to laugh at himself and connect as a team, he's acting like Brad is his father, power issues, lack of confidence so he's being hyper masculine in behavior? Who would compete with Brad though? Maybe he's intimidated? Maybe he's nervous in front of millions on Youtube, fearful of Ego injuries? Relax! Please tell Bob we love and miss him!

  13. Exercising every day destroys the cartilage in your joints. As you age you will know what I am saying. DON'T DO IT!

  14. Thank you for providing alternate versions of exercises that are done on the knees. I've had knee surgery and can no longer kneel, so I appreciate being able to do exercises for the same areas when either standing or sitting.

  20. Thank you guys for all your work. I learned from one of your videos that the sensation of phantom water running down my leg was from a nerve thing in my back. My doctor had looked at me like I was crazy when I asked her about it before I consulted Dr. Google. Also you helped me strengthen my back enough that I could sleep in a bed again instead of on the floor. You guys are great. Best wishes to you all and especially Bob.

  38. These are some great exercises. I've been driving all day, 7 days a week, for the past decade and have been developing some problems with my left gluteus, left abdominals and some intermittent numbness in the left foot and hand. I can't stop working but have been trying to mix in appropriate exercises to counteract some of the muscle weakness and nerve issues. Just tried some of these and they really seemed to activate some of my dead spots. I'll keep experimenting with them to see if I can add them to my regular routines.

  40. Hi! I am working on these and some of your other exercises to get my posture back & recover from "Tech or Dowager's hump" that I seem to be developing. Can you do a video sharing tips on proper seating and support when watching TV, a video on a notebook, and doing these things while reclining? Is reclining even an option? I think that's where I went wrong 🙂 THANKS!!!
