  14. Oh dear! When you started with "which action hurts worse" And I tried them each and said, "ALL of them!" The most difficult thing I have been struggling with is trying to sleep at night. I get 15-20 minutes in and it's as though someone has stabbed my shoulder. Ibuprophen kills it for about 15 minutes and it's back. Have started 7 motions to improve rotator cuff tear. Was surprised at improved motion!

  15. It hurts to watch this. I came for help years ago and I’m back again. Yard work and lifting and moving boulders got me back in pain.

  30. Thanks for share these exercises dear Bob and brad I am suffering from frozen shoulder and rotator cuff I doing regular exercise but can't raise my hand over head … please suggest me some best medicine if possible….

  32. Thank you sooo much! Your video and a few others helped me out so much! After months of being in pain I found you and did the exercises and tips over the course of a few weeks (some exercises more than others a few days per week) and my pain is 100% gone.

  33. The minute I saw him do the one at 2:42 I knew my pain, I'm having trouble even pulling my covers over me with that arm. Thank you for the exercises, I'm praying for relief. 🙏

  34. I am 3 min into the video I had this pain for 2 years now it comes and goes or I just don't pay attention to it but the motion for me is lateral raise and that 2nd one he showed so I will edit this comment after 2 weeks or more to give my results.

  35. One more comment related to cuff "injuries".
    If you are a heavy computer user and are typing and using a mouse for hours at a time, stop and take frequent breaks, and do some of the stretches in between. 
    BTW, looks like my last comment making suggestions about bands, and resistance tubing use and where you can buy them, just disappeared. Is that called a "free speech violation"? 
    As a PHN in CA, for over 37 years, I thought my experience with patients who had sports injuries was quite valuable. If someone didn't like the facts presented, the rest of your viewers missed some really significant information that might have helped them in their recovery. Bummer….
