SISSY SQUATS
Do not be afraid of movement- this may look scary for the knees, but the body can adapt so long as you intro it properly. I used to have knee pain… Not anymore. I believe getting stronger in this range of motion helped. Take your time, don’t be too aggressive. You’ll be amazed at what your body can do. There are other ways to intro this movement to your body/knees, this is merely how I did it. Hope this helps
