I want you to have forearms like King Kong 🦍 build the biggest forearms possible through a combination of BOTH direct & indirect training. Train them indirectly through your heavy back pulling movements and deadlifts. Don’t over utilize grip assistance tools such as lifting straps. They definitely can have their place in your training protocol, but you shouldn’t rely upon them for everything you grip.

To optimize your forearm growth, you may want to train them directly 1 or 2 times per week. That’s where the exercises from my video come in 👍🏼 be careful not to overdo it too quickly. Gradually increase the volume and intensity over time in an effort to avoid overuse injuries such as golfers elbow (I made this mistake a few times in my career, and paid for it. Golfers elbow is not easy or fun to get rid of). But again, as long as you don’t overdo it too quickly, you’ll be just fine.
