To optimize your forearm growth, you may want to train them directly 1 or 2 times per week. That’s where the exercises from my video come in be careful not to overdo it too quickly. Gradually increase the volume and intensity over time in an effort to avoid overuse injuries such as golfers elbow (I made this mistake a few times in my career, and paid for it. Golfers elbow is not easy or fun to get rid of). But again, as long as you don’t overdo it too quickly, you’ll be just fine.
