  3. Wow I’m amazed. I tried so many videos and didn’t have results like this. I seen a difference on day 7 but day 14 I don’t have abs but my stomach is very noticeable flat. Now I do this after each meal so that’s about three times after I eat about 5 days out of the week. Thank you for this video. 🎉🎉🎉

  5. I hadplantar Fasciitis and a Chinese friend suggested I soak my foot and calf in very hot water, to which is added household cleaning vinegar (1 tbs), ginger (1 tbs), and salt (1 tbs). I did this for three nights before going to bed and my problem was cured although my friend suggested I do this for one week. I really like the video showing the muscle groups for each workout.

  11. I am 48 and try to stay in good shape. I do hiit workouts mixed with lifting, and a 20 minute jump rope heavy bag circuit at the end 4 times a week. I have added this to the end of my workouts and it is a terrific little cool down burn that will keep the sweat pouring. My wife has been doing it also after her workouts. Great job on this.

  14. Great stuff here, I really enjoy watching these and doing what I can do, I really wish I could do them all. I have had three lower back surgeries, so not all 'chair' exercises are good for me. I have had seven surgeries on both feet, so most 'standing' exercises are not good for me. I am 59, about 5'8" and roughly 205 lbs. Super stocky, big chest, back, thighs and arms….and belly!

    How about making a video for OLD FAT guys who have had multiple surgeries…hahahahahahahahaha, ….jst jkn

  15. I did the loose belly fat in 14 day video from the series I'm 63 and after one session I have been unable to walk for two days lol ! My thighs are on fire from doing chair exercises oh my God the pain the pain I'm so out of shape wondering how long I should wait before I try again it's been two days and I'm still hurting😮
