Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:

  4. March 7th 2025 – First day of trying, my body hurts so bad. I feel like someone punched me on my stomach. But i believe I'll get the body i want in the long run, so i wont give up. Ill get used to the feeling and it'll hurt less. Ill update when i remember.

    Height : 5 ft 4 Weight : around 150 IBS or around 67-70 KG Waist : 67cm Breasts : F cup or around 100cm (i know i probs wont lose weight in my chest but ill see)
