  12. Thank you for motivation. If you are old and/or stiff, just do gentle stretching at first. Your body will respond quickly. If you do daily stretching for 5-10 minutes it will help tremendously. Just start where you can, even lying on bed or sitting in a chair. If you need to hold onto a chair or wall for balance that is okay! Consistency is more important than the amount of time spent when you begin. Just like learning to play an instrument. Ten minutes daily much better than an hour once a week.
