True some simple but very useful for strengthening.
Is it just me? When i see these perfet bridges or standing on one leg and bending the other one back, i wonder if the young fit people doing these understand the aging process? There are some good exercises here. Don't be discouraged by some of the hard ones. Use a chair or counter if you need to.
