4×8 on decline pushups not really gonna make a dent. 4 sets atleast 15reps will get you going

10 months sober off alcohol, 11 days no cigarettes and im looking to get healthier and get new hobbies. Im trying my best to get into this but 10 reps of pushups in im bored as hell

Even after watching yours and otehr people's videos about this, I still don't feel my chest when doing decline pushup I just feel my arms so much.So i cant go anymore when im finally starting to target the chest
