    1000 push ups and some different variations + 500 dips on push day.
    250 pull ups and 250 chin ups and some different variations on pull day.
    500 squats and 100 crunches + 100 leg rises on leg day..👍

    Raat ko mast nind aata hai or lambe samay tak gehri nind sota hun

    Halka fulka workout karta hu toh nind nahi aata or sone ke 3 ghante baad nind khul jati hai.

  32. I'm 5.4 and 50kg. I'm shredded but too thin, minimal muscle fat. I can complete my protein intake,65-70g protein but unable to maintain calorie surplus diet. I cannot eat much carbs- rice, bread, sugar. Please tell me what can I do?
