  1. I'll just do both at the same time. I hear that concrete boots are great for strength and lung capacity training.

  2. You can also smoke crack 6 or 7 days a week AND swim daily AND lift weights

  3. How do you find time for this? I swim 3x a week + 2x home excercises, and I am out of time.

  4. “What are you, aquaman??”
    🤣🤣

  5. Swimming everyday is too expensive here

  6. Yea and then the balls hurt.

  7. I've been focusing on strength training lately and it's amazing how much it has improved my swimming. Can't wait to try some new routines.

  8. I swim 5 days a week and lift weights 4x a week

  9. Started swimming again after 40 years from being a very good high school swimming. I do laps more like lengths on the clock. Its very easy on the muscles the next day vs. Lifting.

  10. And then you Just don't live…

  11. Trying to combine swimming and tennis together. Daamn it’s hard!😂😂❤️❤️ but I love both ❤️❤️🔥🔥

  12. I'm 64 and constantly juggling injuries, great to see people who can still work out daily!!

  13. so close! it’s unhealthy to wash hr hair everyday

  14. Ok, but If you lift, do lift first in the day. Much better.

And use swimming as recovery later the same day. Swimming is great since you can mix it up, and adjust tempo as needed – and do either just cardio, recovery swim, or if you did not lift, do sprints and high intensity freestyle/butterfly

  15. If only the chlorine didn’t mess with the hair I’d swim everyday

  16. You wrong

  17. You can lift 7 days a week as well bud.

  18. But but but, Rushalls usrpt teachings about specificity is that only swimming will make you swim faster. 😂

  19. I can't lift properly heavy weights four hours later if I've swum. If I do I have to do -30-40% less weights and the feeling sucks. I always have to first lift heavy weight and then some hours later swim.

  20. I cannot swim everyday with the practices I go through

  21. Years ago I had a spinal injury that wiped me out. Swimming strengthened my core and surrounding muscles to heal. Then in Feb 2017 I had another fall injury. Doctors are doing me absolutely no good. I'm hoping I can repeat healing though my injuries all these years later are worse. My pain level decreases considerably when I am buoyant..What do you think ? I actually know very little about fitness even though I've been physically active my whole life.

  22. I lift from 630am to 8am. Then swim from 815-915. 6 days a week

  23. Im sorry but is butterfly sprint really low impact!???

  24. I swim 3-4 times a week
    No weightlifting. Never did any

  25. I swim 3times a week and do a bit calisthenics. At least in my age of 50 I can do 15-20 clean pull-ups without rubber bands and approx 50-75dips. I always do a plan minimum😅

  26. I lift for 90 mins take an hour break then swim for 90 mins. I do this every Tuesday and Thursday.

  27. I swim after pretty much every workout, it's a good cooldown

  28. I swim 1h twice a week and lift 3 times a week as well ☺️ think that is enough. My body need regeneration. And when i lift i takt high weights 😀 sometimes i go climbing

  29. Swim and elliptical at the gym

  30. is this true ? i am afraid that swimming will kill my gains.

  31. I wish!! 😂 i swim 6 times a week and am dead the whole time

  32. After more than 2000 meters swimming, is it really possible to do other stuff?
