  23. You are absolutely not just going to see your abs by losing body fat percentage. Some people have fat deposits in different place and not to mention in order to make these muscles pop you’re going to have to train them with actual intensity. Intensity in regards to the percentage of your one rep Max. I’m not sure what other muscle you expect to grow by doing 50 to 60 reps. Add some weight, utilize the same principle of control eccentric, even add an isometric right before the amortization phase and hit failure at least a few times per session
