I got cramp in my stomach after doing the first two exercises, I dunno if this workout is for me
dude im doing this everyday this gave me so much fatigue but the more fatigue you get the more fat you lose very helpful

what we need to exactly in Plank I did not get it
i did this for the first time starting today. but sadly, i cant finish the time. im falling. any advice. i really want to loose weigh especially belly part. cause you know. boost self esteem
From a person who never exercised, do I have to do any warm up before or can I just proceed with these 4 times a week?
