  23. Dr, I am a 60 yrs old female, weighing 63 kg and 152 cm tall. I am over weight and have a belly circumference of 90cm. My cal requirement is 1200 cal depending on my calculated BMI. I go to the gym and do resistance training/cardio three to four times a week on average. I also like walking and on average I do 6000 steps per day. Now my bad habits, I am a late riser and go to bed late ( very). Reducing 200 cal per day from my daily cal allowance leaves me with noting much to eat. How can I make this work

  36. Dr. Pal. I have a question. I followed your time restriction eating for the past one week. I am not feeling hungry and those things are good. One thing I noticed is I go to sleep by 10 or 10.30 and gradually I sleep. But I wake up at midnight and it takes hours to sleep again. Because of which I am unable to wake up early in the morning. Not sure what is causing this. Your suggestions on this please.
