  25. For he's weight definitely elite lifter and in my opinion the best youtuber in the past few years!

  26. say it on killos no one cares about pounds

  27. According to the calculation, about 4.89% of the world’s population still uses the pound (lb) for weight, while 95.11% primarily use the kilogram (kg) as their standard unit of measurement.

Can’t you just simply stop using this pound stuff… so annoying… 😂😂😂😂

  28. I prefer the deadlift be done without spreading the legs so far apart.

  29. Anatoly da 🐐 no 🧢

  30. You can befit tiger

  31. if its possible, i have a new goal.

  32. When I was my strongest, I weighed 268 lbs and raw, I hit: Deadlift (745 lbs), Squat (635 lbs), and Bench (545 lbs) = 1,925 lbs. I could never break 2,000 lbs.

I had no idea the stats the video was throwing out. I always thought most gym rats could easily get over 1,200lbs on the top three. I was definitely wrong.

  33. total 1,433lbs is bullshit, my total is 3 tonnes in…10 years. it's about how heavy you lift in one exercise.
