You form is more like a squat that a deadlift. You need to hinge more throwing you butt back and bringing you back more paralleled to the ground. You’re better off doing stiff leg deadlifts…

I am almost 300 pounds and just starting out I have lived a very stationary life. I have difficulty focussing on tightening different parts of my body. How do I go about learning how to do this or is it something that will just come with practice? thank you for your videos, and sharing your time

So what do you do if you naturally have the " duck walk"? You say get straight as if all humans can just do that and pick something up like you did.
As always you show us not just correct technique but explain the reasons behind it.
