For all of my knee-friendly workout lovers out there, I think you are going to like this one 🙂 This is a 20 minute standing full body knee friendly dumbbell workout. Since it is knee friendly, that means there are no squats, no lunges, and no jumping exercises. It is set up as a circuit style workout so it is not only a strength workout but a low impact cardio endurance workout as well.

This workout is beginner-friendly! To make it more challenging, INCREASE your weight or SHORTEN rest time between circuits!

This is an apartment-friendly full body workout & postpartum and pregnancy friendly strength training workout as well!

Try this workout 2-3 times a week and let me know you progress with your strength!

EQUIPMENT: I am using 10lbs and 15 lbs dumbbells in this workout but you can use more or less than me depending on what you have!

– 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off
– 3 rounds
