i suggest that exploiveness and strenght training better for badroom performance though

One rule for all exercises: always be explosive when moving against gravity and always be controlled when going along with gravity
Doesn’t it depend on which type of muscle you want to train? Isn’t it so that the explosive reps stimulate fast twitch- and the slow (more controlled) stimulate slow twitch muscle?

I was told that the explosive movement recruits more muscle fibers.
But an explosive weighted pull up is life
ACTUALLY. FAST TWITCHING MUSCLES ARE LARGER SO BY TRAINING THOSE FIBERS, YOU ARE GROWING MORE MUSCLE FASTER
Strength > Bodybuilding
Rather be an absolute unit
Can you not do the second technique at a faster pace?
How did the strength of a muscle come to mean the weight being moved rather than the force it can apply?
Who said controlling the negative doesn't increase strenght compared to skipping the controlling of the eccentric??
