In today’s video what we are doing here is putting 10 minutes on the clock and working our way through 10 exercises for the 10 minutes without stopping.

If you’re a beginner I suggest going light with the dumbbells for this workout. If you’re more advanced bump up that weight.

You want to find a weight that works for you. Lets you complete the workout and each exercise with good form but also pushes you to the max and gives you a good quick 10 minute pump and burn from home or the gym

This is just the start of no repeat dumbbell workouts. We will be planning on doing more advanced ones that will include , 15 , 20 and 30 minute workouts. Trust me those ones will be tough

But this is to just get your started. Again if you’re ready for more and need it now. Repeat the video over again and make it a 20 minute workout or alternatively seeing its a no repeat workout , bump up that weight

Again this is just to get us started and to let everyone of any fitness level start and give it a go

  8. Love the workput so far, but I'm struggling with the pack crossovers, tried it a few different ways but cant seem to find any way to engage the muscles its suppsed to hit, any tips for that exercise?

    Also, the ab crunches feel extreme uncoordinated for me, so I've opted for regular crunches

  14. Don't you have to adjust the weight according to each exercise, since you're working different muscle groups with different masses?

  15. Hi Zeus loved the video I plan doing this workout Monday to Thursday , alongside 5 mile walk Monday to Thursday when would you think I should start to see results I’m also on low carb with OMAD and fasting Friday to Sunday 36hrs…..cheers Gordon

  18. Nicely done, Good job, have you consider creating a adjustable bench fullbody dumbbell workout series, more so for people that may struggle with standing exercises, perhaps due to back issues or shoulder…etc

  24. just did it, hate how i look. dropped the pop and all that crap. just did this and its a little hard to move my fingers to type. lol! my whole arms feel weird. i guess its "the burn", this was fun. gonna try this 5 days a week. idk, still researching on routines and such. starting with 10lbs. its a dumbbell set were you can select the weights by twisting the handle before lifting it. thought it would be a good idea to get one set instead of 5 individual sets. (as i finish this comment, ya. its the burn. wow. is it weird if i can feel my heart pulse throughout my arms? lol. tingly.)

  25. Will you have progress if you do this every day or should you do it every other day? What do you recommend?

  26. So I used this video as the stepping stone to weight lifting. It changed my life and I progressed really well. I gained 2 stone and went from 9 to 11 and got sick, I couldn't eat and I had a fever for weeks and I lost it all. Mostly fat was eaten away but lost some muscle mass. Tried to go back to training and almost died so came back to this video. 2nd time now and it's helped so much thank you

  31. as a female who's been doing this for a week (3 kilos) this really helped me keep up with the other ladies

I am an absolute rookie here,I got used to do cardio only ,but I had a back pain all the time,cardio is never enough cause my muscles are weak ,I only did it with 6 lbs each arm cause this is the only weights I have got,I hope i will keep exercising and moving my body ,I wanna be healthy and stop these struggles with a back pain at the age of 16.
