  3. How do u guys deal with the physical aspects of it? I feel so ugly sometimes, I can't dress how I wanted because it looks horrible and I feel distorted. My back is a little curved and one should higher than the other, it's also noticeable at the waist if I wear something that hugs it. I just feel I would be pretty if I weren't like that, but I'm too old to fix it, people say it's better when treated since childhood, but I also wouldn't get surgery this time in my life. I just wanted to know how do u guys deal w it bc I want to cry lol 😅

  10. It's been a long time since I did my exercise, I have scoliosis and when I try this oh mannnn, my left side hurts so badd 😭 that's where the curve at. My left shoulder, my left legs, all hurt.. but when I'm actually done doing this I feel so much better 😂 I'll comeback again tomorrow! 🩷

  13. Мне 16 лет, и у меня сколиоз появился когда мне было где то 12-13 лет, я особо не обращала внимание но потом сначала начали болеть плечи и одна сторона начала опухать, думали пройдет. К врачу не сходили, мама была занята и так проходила еще 2 года. В итоге все оказалось серьёзно. У меня искревление грудной клетки, таза, плечи, и расположение головы тоже, как и талия, все стало асимметричным. Но месяца два назад начала наконец заниматься полностью и хоть с пропусками но часто, в итоге спина стала крепче, а осанка более красивой чем раньше, талия стала чуть симметричнее, а плечи чуть ровнее. Я вот сегодня я нашла еще одно упражнение, и щас я себя очень даже хорошо чувствую, и надеюсь сколиоз пройдёт.

    Изменено: я делаю это упражнение с другими упражнениями тоже, и я уже вижу отличные результаты. Советую

  14. I’m 15 I’ve known I had scoliosis for a while but I’m to scared to ask my parents for a diagnosis or treatment so I’ll try this especially since I don’t think mine is that severe since it’s not super obvious

  15. I'm 39 years I have scoliosis since I was in my 16s I'm having back pain and I can't even run now my back hurts so bad. I hope these exercises will help to easy my back pain

  16. I’m 16. I’ve been suffering from scoliosis for a few years now. I spend a lot of time sitting, either playing games or studying for long hours—probably more than 10 hours a day. Now that it’s getting worse, I’m in a lot of pain. I can’t even sleep well because I have to find a comfortable position due to the pain.

    I didn’t think it would get this serious, but I really regret not making a small effort to improve my condition earlier. Because of that, I now have to take my health more seriously if I don’t want it to get even worse in the future.
