  1. I don’t see any difference. That’s why I don’t do low impact. Little to no change in 30 days is crazy. Luckily you are already slim and fit.

  2. Le corps est plus gainé. Le dos mes épaules sculptés ..le Pilate est fabuleux..si pratiqué tous les deux jours voir tous les jours
