Did a single at 425 after my 3×3 at 405. Back rounded a tiny bit due to fatigue but wasn’t uncomfortable so I pushed through to get the weight up
I’ve been trying to get my lifts back to where they use to be a few months ago. The kids gave me the stomach bug twice which has affected my body weight and appetite, and getting tendinitis in both my biceps set me back a bit
