But the worst thing you can do to get a stronger core is a bunch of AB EXERCISES. (Don’t you dare!!)
You need to keep it balanced!!! Your core needs to be strong in the front AND the back (and the sides and insides too…but that’s another story for another day)
SIMPLE: Start by just making sure your routines have some sort of bridge in them. Bridges work your glutes great, especially if you do them exactly how I show you here.
